Multiple Lifts in Garage, Fully equipped with toolsets as well as various specialty tools. EXPECTED repair cost by me: $500+ ACTUAL repair cost by JCM $50. Owner Jeff is very knowledgable of mechanics, as well as his staff of mechanics that know a great amount about the work they do. The VERY BEST PRICE. JCM uses quality Japanese parts, and at virtually cost prices. There are some reviews that post negative remarks however, I did not experience those types of behavior during my visits here. Once again, honest, willing to "hang in there" for a "fantom" problem until finally, after three weeks, identified as the starter. Once again, they are honest, reasonable in costs, and willing to keep at it until the true problem is identified. One of the best mechanic groups I have had the privilege to have work on my cars. I've been going here for a bit now since I moved into the area and don't plan on going anywhere else. No-pressure shop that's owned and operated by car guys who combine their passion with their work and are there to help you with whatever you throw their way.Turnaround time has always been as-quoted or sooner, prices are great, employees are super friendly (Steve is all smiles all the time), and I've always gotten great recommendations from them for things they don't specialize in. Had a flat a year ago and stopped by and they fixed it in ten minutes. Did not want payment. Gave them a cash "tip" for their good service.Next two months ago bought four new tires. Called, made appt. arrived, tires on and out the door in less than 30 minutes. Price was right.Today, had a low pressure tire warning. Stopped by and they checked the tires, no puncture, added air and again did not want payment. They have a good attitude and excellent service.

Erik and his staff give a whole new meaning to honesty, customer care, and quality service. They stand behind their warranty 100% without question. The car went in for a secondary air problem. This was fixed, but the fix caused related problem. Without question, Erik had his master mechanic fix it completely, including all other unexpected related problems to avoid another trip to the shop all under the original warranty. He ensured that only the best service would be done and the car would be fixed perfectly. Any other service center would have tried to skirt around the warranty and force the customer to pay. Took the behicle back for an oil change and they discovered a leak in the coolant line. They fixed it perfectly. Unknown to them, the part was defective. They have fixed it without question and within one day. They are always honest and respectful with their customers. You can not go wrong using this establishment, and highly recommed you use this Firestone service.
