They call when they say they will. Brenda gave us a ride wherever we needed in Oroville. She's super sweet. They fixed a simple problem on our car which we thought was going to be expensive, for free. Who does that? They do. Love them & will definitely go back to them for our future auto needs. can not do the work they say they can and charge for parts that they have taken out to work on and then they brake after they work on it and send me a bill for the things they are responsible for after working on them i will never send anyone or go back to this shop

Chico Car Care Rocks! My daughter attends Chico State University and check engine light came on. She had never taken a car to a mechanic and she was a bit uneasy about it....then came Pat. From the moment I called Pat I knew we were in good hands! My daughter dropped off the car and said Pat was very nice. Pat even hired an Uber for her to get back to school and to pick her up at school when vehicle was repaired.....the same day! Overall great experience at CCC and I highly recommend Pat and his staff. I thought I had a lemon motor until Paradise Motors looked at my truck. I'd brought the vehicle to several shops for an estimate and all said I need a new motor. Heard from a friend that Paradise Motors was an honest shop with low prices so I towed my truck in. They offered to look at my vehicle and give me an estimate. They found the real problem and I was out the door under 300.00. They really made my day(and year for that matter), all because they took the time to actually look at my truck and not just listen to it!!!

They had 2 come a 2nd time because the first time the vertical uprights were 2 feet too short however all went well and the building was erected with no unforseen problems. U should always get authorization or an approved permit to expedite the processa of placing a building of any nature. Brian Uecher paid the extra material cost from the factory and even paid for the fiber lock nuts. The buildings are strong, light and durable and look very modern and professional. The workers were quick, efficient and knowledgeable..

These guys said that they knew all about my make of vehicle. When I asked them about some of the instrument controls and the meaning of dash warning lights they seemed almost clueless. The service work done on my car was very poor quality and there were grease marks on my interior and on my steering wheel. After about 10 miles of driving my "service engine soon" light came on and when I checked the oil it was more than a quart low. Sloppy work but a smooth talker. I have been taking my car to a service facility right across the alley and have been happy with their friendly, honest answers and service.
