Auto repair service near Palm Springs, CA

I don't ever do reviews online but these guys are AWESOME! It is more on expensive side but they match lowest costs for tires, offer great deals whenever they can, which is more often than not, and provide great costumer service. Although they sell tires, and have a huge variety of them, they do sooo much more! Everything from putting on new tires and alignments to installing new breaks and fixing basically anything thats broken...i have yet to hear them say they can't do something to a costumer. If parts are needed that they dont already have there, they are usually there next day which is the best when it comes to car needs! Chris has always been our sales guy and he's helpful and just superb. And Mike and the guys in the back are great. They all know their stuff and offer advice and generally if you ask them to check something extra out, while they're putting on tires or something, they will hook you up like no other! They go above and beyond for the costumers and are the best of anyone we've been to! Thanks American Tire Depot, wish more shops were as helpful and accommodating as y'all are! This place is not good!!!! Biggg..... SCAMMERS! My husband and I bought a car a few months back and 2 days later it broke down,they then gave us the run around about it not working and trying to get us into another car , they said that we had to get a car with them because if not we would lose our 3000.00 down so we were obligated at this point . We didn't want to lose our 3000.00 . anyhow about nearly 2 months later we get financed for another car and something we did not want by far, then about 3 weeks later they repo it unanounced like no phone calls why they took our car no correspondance by mail , nothing! I call the finance company (West lake financial) they said that Empire auto in San Jacinto had cancelled out the contract with wlf and asked how they could do that if they had already financed us they said they've been having problems with this dealership cancelling out customers finance contracts and keeping their down payments. Talk about Shady !!!! If you buy a car from here but hopefully you dont be careful!! also this was very good info for me but if this has happened to you , you need to fill out a complaint form with the california dmv investigation . You can find them on dmv online or call the dmv. They are not regular dmv reps these guys even carry guns they're like cops and also work closely with calif highway patrol.

Always a pleasure working with this establishment. Darryl is a joy to work with, as are all the other employees, fair prices and great customer service go a long way. HE SOLD MY DAUGHTER A CAR THAT WAS MESSED UP WHEN WE BOUGHT IT WE BOUGHT THE CAR MARCH 28 2013 AND STILL DON'T HAVE THE CAR AND JOHN SAID THEY WERE GOIN TO FIX IT BUT IT'S BEEN MONTHS SO NOW WE HAVE A LAWYER BECAUSE I REFUSE TO TAKE THAT SHIT FORM ANYONE PAYING A CAR NOTE ON A CAR YOU DON'T HAVE IS B.S.AND IT'S GOING TO BE JULY AND STILL NO CAR.... PLZ DON'T BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE CROOKS.... IF ANYONE SEE'S THIS GO AFTER THEM SUE THEM DON'T LET THEM GET AWAY WITH THIS PEOPLE WORK TO HARD FOR THERE MONEY
