I thank my lucky stars for this place!! For as long as I've been taking my car to the team here, which is about 6 years now (this was previously a Nappa, with the same team), I have always been listened to genuinely and given considered, expert recommendations for my old car. It's thanks to them that it keeps on going!! Managers Albert, Mitch and the mechanics are top notch, friendly and so helpful! They take the time to listen and explain. At first, having just moved to LA, I used to cross-check their recommendations with a friend who owns a repair shop back where I used to live. Every time, he agreed with the basis for their assessment, plan of action, and price. As an example of their honesty, there was one type of repair that, for the type of car I have, is apparently best done by the dealership, and they told me that up front, rather than just doing the repair themselves without telling me and leaving me with the chance that the car may not work as it should. They have never been pushy and they help me prioritize what needs to be done and what can wait. They have sometimes gone out of their way to help me. The friendliness and reliability with which I'm treated here makes this Napa shop a valuable part of my sense of community here in Hollywood. Still dealing with this nightmare. Eddie lied about everything with the car. Disaster. New head gaskets, new brakes, new water pump, new catalytic converter, new sensors Check engine light came on, horrible metel squeaking noise from wheels from the botched brake job he did. ALL WITHIN WEEKS OF PURCHASE. RUN AWAY FROM THIS DEALER. We stupidly ignored the warning signs and red flags, he even brought his kid along and said "I'm just trying to feed my kid" when we tried to negotiate on price. We made several trips to him, he acted like each meeting was a huge problem for him. He was reluctant to have us have a mechanic look at the car first. He wouldn't make time for us to have a complete review of the car. He promised things were in order and we begged him to be upfront with us as this was a huge purchase for us. WARNING He said his "people" just did the brakes. When we brought the car into our mechanic they all had to be replaced and there were missing parts! There were parts that were missing from the reassembly. Also he said his "people" painted part of the car and they didn't put the doors back on correctly so they vibrated and rattled non stop. We have been to the mechanic over 6 times - adding THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS REPAIRING the car we bought. It's been a horrible year because of his lies and cheating people. Overcharged us for the registration, misspelled info so all paperwork had to be redone ( our cost and time) nothing went well, he rips people off.
