We recently discovered Mike Bradley's Automotive thru their new owner, Tim Bohle. Our daughter’s car broke down and Tim was accommodating and assisted us with all our needs even thru our busy schedule. They were upfront with all the costs and even let us know what needed to be done now and what could wait. It’s hard to find a mechanic that is trustworthy and reliable and we feel like Mike Bradley’s has reached that expectation.

We went through 3 different mechanics including the Mercedes Service Department before going to Gold Star. Mike diagnosed the problem with no charge, and his findings were very accurate. We had spend close to $2000 fixing what wasn't even the issue, even Mercedes charging us 280 for diagnosis still couldn't fix the issue. I am so happy and grateful to Mike, he was so generous, professional, experienced, and courteous, we've finally found an honest and extremely experienced mechanic. I will recommend Gold Star to all my friends and family. I rate Gold Star a 10!!!!!!!

Had my 93 Chevrolet Silverado 4x4 at Performance Auto and could be happier with the service. The mechanic was polite, helpful, and very knowledgeable. The only problem I have is I'm moving to Oregon and my old girl will surely miss this shop. Kurt Devincentis

Mark and all the folks at Preferred Auto are the best. Since i have had a couple German cars lately i haven't been there for a year or two. When i brought in a used Acura for them to check before i bought, they did an extremely thorough check, and though it was low miles, the car was older and needed more work than i wished to do. The charge was more than reasonable, i would have been happy even if it had been 50% higher for the work done. They are always honest and fair and look out for their customers first. CROOKS! Absolutely avoid. I only went here out of desperation, and it was a nightmare. Do not bring your car here no matter what. Crooks is all I can say.
