I've visited American Tire Depot twice and both times I've enjoyed my experience. From the initial phone call for information to me walking out of their doors happy. They always help me out but finding exactly what needed to be fixed and not just trying to get more money out of me. I took my one year old daughter in with me his last time and she's very friendly so when she said hi they said hi back and even talked to her. She even spilt a drink and they told me not to worry about it and they cleaned it up. They have gained my trust and whenever I need something done they will be first on my list to go to. Worst customer service all they want is your money they don’t want you asking questions about the car Carfax or anything about it the owner gets really mad and wants to know how much are you willing to spend and if you’re going to take one today that’s said worst customer service ever!!!!

TL:DR? after my car broke down I was towed here. Even though the mechanic was out, the staff were extraordinarily generous with their time and help, and helped me get back on the road that same day. Highly recommend, good people work here! My car broke down on the highway, and I had no idea what the problem was. While I was thankfully towed to the nearby Firebaugh, all the local mechanics had the day off, as it was the Sunday after New Year's. I started to panic because school started the next day for me, in Riverside, 5 hours away. Nonetheless, Brian the tow truck driver, allowed me to use the lot, helped me diagnose the problem, and let me use tools as we scrambled to get me back on the road. I was there for 8 hours, but I absolutely would have been there overnight, and would have been late to school, were it not for his help. Thanks to his generosity, the use of his space, time, tools, and help, I was able to get back on the road that same day. He didn't even charge me for the labor! I highly recommend this establishment, good people work here.
