Took my 2019 Mustang GT to them after being told the dyno tune and e85 conversion would cost $1,400.00. An hour after dropping off the car my son (his car) was called and told they couldn't do the E85 conversion without a kit and the cost to tune the car would be $2045.00. They said it was more work than they anticipated. They are are called the Dyno Shop but don't know what it entails to tune a stock 2019 GT? Unfortunately my son told them okay and they did the tune. No complaints on the work done. When we picked the car up Hayden, the mechanic, said he would only charge $200.00 to install the flex fuel kit if we brought it back to them. stupidity on my part but we purchased the kit and brought it back to them. Like clock work, they call an hour later and say it will cost $500.00 and we need to bring them a card for the tuner claiming it didn't come with one. My son says okay again and brings them the card. Two days later we get the car back at a cost of $795.00. The tuner was not hooked up only the card was programmed with the settings. He said that would be extra to install and hook up the tuner. Seriously? When my son went to hook up the tuner the card that came with it (the one they said it didn't have) was in the tuner and blank meaning he only programmed the card we bought and never tested the tuner. When we installed the card Hayden programmed it was blocked by firewall issues. I called and complained to the owner (Mark) who was cool other than saying we should have just said no to the price changes and didn't seem concerned about that being a poor business practice. He arranged for the car to be taken care of on a Saturday and said the tuner would be fixed and installed for us in the dash as it is supposed to be. My son took it in and it was fixed however Hayden refused to install it in the dash as Mark promised. $2800.00 bill and that's the service you get... Buyer beware. They can tune cars but it will cost you double the estimate if you want it done by them.

I arrived at the Santee, CA location for my appointment on Monday. The representative looked at their computer and requested when I had made the appointment. I was then informed that the technician who does air conditioning won't be in until Saturday! It was fairly obvious this was the first time the appointments were checked. If the appointment had been checked earlier, I could have been called. This is poor customer service. It would appear you need to update your website so that occurrences such as this would not be allowed. That is, if a technician is not available, do not let the appointment be scheduled.

What can I say? Unbelievable service from Dan (the owner)! He personally stepped in and made a horrible situation bearable. Our daughter wrecked her beautiful BMW (which we purchased from Dan). She took it to the BMW dealership and they wanted $$$$ to fix it. I called Dan and he immediately started working to help me out. He studied the estimate from BMW, researched the parts needed to fix her car (way past office hours), and gave me an estimate of what he thought the repairs would run. And it's not a surprise it was a fraction of the previous estimate! Dan set up the tow, ordered the parts and fixed my daughter's car in less than a week. It was short of miraculous! On top of the incredible service, Dan threw in a personal 'car class' to educate our daughter how to properly take care of a car. Dan, we are so thankful and full of gratitude for everything you have done for us. You went above and beyond to help us out of a terrible bind. Brought my Honda Element in for an oil leak. Other place wanted to replace head gasket, but Rusty diagnosed it to just the valve cover gasket and camshaft end caps. Saved me from unnecessary repairs. BnC seems to be very honest and only fix what really needs to be fixed. They are not trying to sell you or talk you into all kind of repairs. I can highly recommend them and will bring our cars there for any needs in the future.

I purchased a 1987 Porsche Turbo from David Luce, President of Rancho Santa Fe Motors. Since I lived out of state, prior to purchasing the vehicle, I had multiple, very specific conversations with Mr. Luce regarding the condition of the car. He also referred me to what he considered to be the best Porsche mechanic in the area for a pre purchase inspection. I was assured the car was in close to mint condition with original paint, flawless interior and the only issues were a few minor oil leaks. I was given an estimate of $2-3K for the repairs. Based on this information, I purchase the vehicle and had it shipped to my home. Upon arrival, the first thing I noticed was a large piece of clearcoat missing from the front left fender(the shipper had this noted on the Bill of Lading). It was very evident that fender had been painted and very poorly. This was not disclosed after multiple conversations specifically about the paint/body condition. After bringing the car to my local Porsche mechanic to have the leaks fixed and over $10K later(obviously it had many more mechanical issues that were not disclosed by Mr. Luce and Mr. Lill who performed the PPI), the car is finally in proper working condition. I have attempted to contact Mr. Luce personally as well as through other channels with no response. Please do yourself a favor and do not consider buying any vehicle from this dishonest person.
