Auto repair service near San Joaquin, CA

I took my Honda in to get checked out and they took awhile to come out to talk to me and then when the guy came out he was nice but fail to tell me of the diagnose test, had me sign the consent form and I wasn't aware of the charge. When I picked up the car 2 hours later they said there was a charge and for one thing it was too much just to reset the code... I could have denied the service and went else where for better price... The girl at the front desk was rude and was loud... I will never go there again nor would I recommend any customers.... They need to clarify to their customer regardless of what the service or problem was not say "oh we'll look at it and then charge customers".
