I've visited American Tire Depot twice and both times I've enjoyed my experience. From the initial phone call for information to me walking out of their doors happy. They always help me out but finding exactly what needed to be fixed and not just trying to get more money out of me. I took my one year old daughter in with me his last time and she's very friendly so when she said hi they said hi back and even talked to her. She even spilt a drink and they told me not to worry about it and they cleaned it up. They have gained my trust and whenever I need something done they will be first on my list to go to. I RATE THIS SHOP AS LOW AS I CAN FELT LIKE THEY DIDN,T KNOW MUCH ABOUT AUTO REPAIR. ALSO THEY DID SHODY WORK RADIATOR SYSTEM WAS STILL LEAKING WHEN THEY WERE THROUGH AND $440 DOLLARS LATER. NEVER PRESSURE CHECKED THE SYSTEM TO SEE IF IT WAS LOSING COOLENT AND USED OLD BROKEN CLAMPS ON HOSES.

TL:DR? after my car broke down I was towed here. Even though the mechanic was out, the staff were extraordinarily generous with their time and help, and helped me get back on the road that same day. Highly recommend, good people work here! My car broke down on the highway, and I had no idea what the problem was. While I was thankfully towed to the nearby Firebaugh, all the local mechanics had the day off, as it was the Sunday after New Year's. I started to panic because school started the next day for me, in Riverside, 5 hours away. Nonetheless, Brian the tow truck driver, allowed me to use the lot, helped me diagnose the problem, and let me use tools as we scrambled to get me back on the road. I was there for 8 hours, but I absolutely would have been there overnight, and would have been late to school, were it not for his help. Thanks to his generosity, the use of his space, time, tools, and help, I was able to get back on the road that same day. He didn't even charge me for the labor! I highly recommend this establishment, good people work here.

I went to the PEP BOYS in Fresno at 693 W. Shaw. Needed a key for my 04 Tahoe after one was made at the Hanford Pep boys in Hanford which did not work. Your employee on Shaw made the key and took back the one that was did not work. I was not charged for the second key and I thought that was very nice of Pep Boys to honor the products they sell. I will definetly tell all my friends how I was treated.. Very happy customer Ralph Diaz Visalia, CA.

I love my VW, BUT the Clovis VW garage is terrible. Every time my car leaves from there, I find that something else is broken... something that was working fine when I handed them the keys. It took 3 visits to fix a headlight (one time they even ziptied it on) and on the way home, oh the grill comes off and shatters all over the road. They fumble around to fix one thing and they break something else. Bring it back so they can fix what they broke, and they break something else. The last straw was the seat heater. I brought it back so they could fix the seat heater switch that they broke while fixing something else(which by the way is right next to the parking sensor switch), and on the way out of the parking lot discover the parking sensors acting all funny. Bring it back again and "Oh we're not taking responsibility for that". Hmmm. I am never going back there and would not recommend their garage to anybody.

I felt very comfortable. Terry was great. I got the tires I wanted. I wish I knew of this place before but now I do. Albert Lopez
