Case managers are very unprofessional and not understanding to the consumers needs. I have spoken to several hyundai owners who have stated to me that there rental vehicles were paid and acknowledge at the time to the complaint. The agent stressed to me that there was nothing he can do. And his supervisor Jen is only there to make sure he comes to work and REFUSED to let me speak to a supervisor.
