Auto repair service near Verona Landing, CA

I took a 2004 Kia Optima to AER quite a while ago. I did some shopping around asking other Mechanic shops for prices and what they do. I settled with AER because they gave reasonable prices. After i left them the car, it took them maybe 2 days to call me back and tell of the additional parts my car needed and gave me a revised estimate. It was a bit more that i had thought it would be but i agreed to continue with the work. Starting from day one, it took them a little less than two weeks to repair my Kia. To this day I have not had any problems with them. Thank you AER for a great service.

Omg Jim serviced my Mercedes and did extra work without even charging me,not cuz I am a girl but seriously he did a awesome job with a full tuneup and my car runs and sounds even better.I tell everyone about him and his company.You will not regret.Its hard to find a honest mechanic anymore.Thanks!

I was financing a car with a salesman at Kar max named Mohamed. He changed the price of the car, he Did not provide me with any type of paperwork concerning the vehicle, accepted payments and illegally and unlawfully repossessed my vehicle with out giving me paperwork letting me know the reason he was doing so. He accepted payments and still illegally repossessed my vehicle. They have no values at this lot and I regret the day I decided to do business with Mohamed at Kar max in Pomona at 222 Holt ave. Buyer be ware!!!!!!!!! I would never advise anyone to conduct business with someone so in scrupulous!

This is one mechanic shop that you would like to visit when you really need your car fixed. They really take care of you, very honest, reasonable and they do things right the first time. We've used Roy's services twice for 2 different cars with electric system problems. He came recommended by my neighbor who is in middle-managmt with General Motors. Both times, Roy gave us excellent service, completely fixed the problems (there was more than 1 each time), and had our cars ready for us before the promised time. This is the only place we use for electric issues with our vehicles and we've recommended him to family, friends and neighbors. They are honest and won't cheat you either. My next door neighbor in Orange recommended this shop to find help for my creaking suspension and wearing on my new front tires that were wearing on the inside tread to the silver wires. Pep Boys could not fix it and told me after two trips to them to find a suspension shop. This shop was just a phone call away and took me in immediately on Friday August 3, 2012. My 1987 Nissan had quick attention and work began immediately to get my car back to me that afternoon! Their work included replacing the driver's side axle which had a badly ripped and torn axle boot, gravely worn strut rod bushings and axle arm bolts. Of course I had to replace the worn tire also. Everything was thoroughly explained to me and worn out parts were also shown to me. Their advice on my other questions to check out my car's condition was most helpful. Wow, a very serious problem was fixed with fast, courteous services. Even better than the fast service, their prices were reasonable also. Thank you Plaza Mufflers! Just ask for "Johnny."

They have the best price in town. Let me say that a gain... THE BEST PRICE IN TOWN! I have never had a problem getting the best deal here. Plus, I can (normally) wait in the lobby for them to be done they work so fast. Jered Surber
