Case managers are very unprofessional and not understanding to the consumers needs. I have spoken to several hyundai owners who have stated to me that there rental vehicles were paid and acknowledge at the time to the complaint. The agent stressed to me that there was nothing he can do. And his supervisor Jen is only there to make sure he comes to work and REFUSED to let me speak to a supervisor. Because as per his words "that's not what they are here for"

ok, well, i just suddenly appeared at the shop, because my car had trouble starting. being a dummy, i thought it was my battery, but, when i explained the attempts and the clicking, he knew the exact problem. i can always trust the guys at the shop. i have an old car, and they have been doing the upkeep for years now. it is a toyota truck, so it is priceless to me, and they always fix it with a smile! heros!

For the last 3 times I have taken the car in for something big, it has always needed something more the next day. The limited hours (no nights or weekends) make finding a time for service difficult. Gary et.al. are accommodating about giving me a ride if the job requires several hours which I appreciate, but it is hard to get the shop to make repairs if I can't get the car in early on a weekday morn. appreciate car being washed after being worked on.
