one of the worst feelings as a car owner is when that red "check engine" light appears...ugh. i brought my truck in today knowing that robert & his crew would be honest with me and let me know if any repairs were truly needed. i feared it was my alternator, a very costly repair... turns out it wasnt, and was related to the ignition box which has been replaced earlier that morning. no repairs were needed! big sigh of relief! i continue to give this business my loyalty because i trust them. bonus is that you get a complimentary car wash with your service. win! win! thank you again silver star !!!

I called and talked to George. He answered all my questions. gave me a quote and took his time with me. Driving a luxury car I am use to having shops and dealerships charging outrageous amounts for work and products. George changed all that. He was honest and even gave me a better deal than the best possible price I could find. He then ordered my tires for me and had them the same day. When it came to the work. they were very detailed and true experts. The work was flawless. Very friendly staff. I wish I could give them 5 more stars as they are a cut above the rest. Still dealing with this nightmare. Eddie lied about everything with the car. Disaster. New head gaskets, new brakes, new water pump, new catalytic converter, new sensors Check engine light came on, horrible metel squeaking noise from wheels from the botched brake job he did. ALL WITHIN WEEKS OF PURCHASE. RUN AWAY FROM THIS DEALER. We stupidly ignored the warning signs and red flags, he even brought his kid along and said "I'm just trying to feed my kid" when we tried to negotiate on price. We made several trips to him, he acted like each meeting was a huge problem for him. He was reluctant to have us have a mechanic look at the car first. He wouldn't make time for us to have a complete review of the car. He promised things were in order and we begged him to be upfront with us as this was a huge purchase for us. WARNING He said his "people" just did the brakes. When we brought the car into our mechanic they all had to be replaced and there were missing parts! There were parts that were missing from the reassembly. Also he said his "people" painted part of the car and they didn't put the doors back on correctly so they vibrated and rattled non stop. We have been to the mechanic over 6 times - adding THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS REPAIRING the car we bought. It's been a horrible year because of his lies and cheating people. Overcharged us for the registration, misspelled info so all paperwork had to be redone ( our cost and time) nothing went well, he rips people off.

I brought the tire to get repaired. When the work was done, I asked how much I owned them because I did not purchase the tire at this store. The manger said it did not cost me anything. It was a compliment from the store. I was shock by his kindness. I definitely would go back for any tire service in the future. Mar Lau

I used to go to a mechanic close to my house and discovered that they usually did not completely fix the problem and kept repeating that my car is old and will not last very long. That was three years ago. I started going to Lima Auto and found out that driving a little bit is definitely worthwhile. Chris and Mike are honest and reliable in all they do. If you come in with a problem and they deem it minor, they let you know. They never exaggerate the problem and their cost is reasonable. They are courteous and work with integrity. If and when I have mechanical/car issues, I really stopped worrying because I know and trust Chris and Mike to help me.
