This was the only place that can get my tire on the fly. I have a tire size that's hard to find quickly and The pricing was perfect. The service was great!! And pretty quick. I came in today and will be back in a few weeks for more work. I had a screw that was in a very bad area of my tire preventing it to be repaired. Case managers are very unprofessional and not understanding to the consumers needs. I have spoken to several hyundai owners who have stated to me that there rental vehicles were paid and acknowledge at the time to the complaint. The agent stressed to me that there was nothing he can do. And his supervisor Jen is only there to make sure he comes to work and REFUSED to let me speak to a supervisor. Because as per his words "that's not what they are here for"
