A few days after the repairs were completed, my car began stalling so I called them. The issue was not related to what they had done, but they came and rescued me from the side of the road, took the car in, found the problem, repaired it and only charged me for the part. I took a 2004 Kia Optima to AER quite a while ago. I did some shopping around asking other Mechanic shops for prices and what they do. I settled with AER because they gave reasonable prices. After i left them the car, it took them maybe 2 days to call me back and tell of the additional parts my car needed and gave me a revised estimate. It was a bit more that i had thought it would be but i agreed to continue with the work. Starting from day one, it took them a little less than two weeks to repair my Kia. To this day I have not had any problems with them. Thank you AER for a great service.

I was financing a car with a salesman at Kar max named Mohamed. He changed the price of the car, he Did not provide me with any type of paperwork concerning the vehicle, accepted payments and illegally and unlawfully repossessed my vehicle with out giving me paperwork letting me know the reason he was doing so. He accepted payments and still illegally repossessed my vehicle. They have no values at this lot and I regret the day I decided to do business with Mohamed at Kar max in Pomona at 222 Holt ave. Buyer be ware!!!!!!!!! I would never advise anyone to conduct business with someone so in scrupulous!
