Auto repair service near Woodland, CA

I took my 2006 Nissan Pathfinder into Vacaville Nissan to have a bounce problem in the rear checked out. They said the problem was the rear shocks. The replaced those with OEM shocks. The bounce was worse that before the replacement. The tires would actually leave the ground on small bumps and the vehicle nearly flipped over on its side going over a railroad track. I returned to Vacaville Nissan but the Service Dept. was closed. The head new car salesmen checked out the car and stated that the shocks are too weak to support the weight of the vehicle. I returned the next day and there technician took the car for a test drive. He stated that there is a problem but there is nothing they can do because these are the shocks that their Book show for this vehicle. THEY KNOWINGLY ALLOWED US TO LEAVE THE DEALERSHIP IN A CAR WITH A DANGERUOUS CONDITION THAT COULD RESULT IN INJURY OR DEATH. THEY PROMISED TO FIX THE SHOCKS IF THESE DIDN’T WORK BUT FAILED TO TELL US THAT WE WOULD HAVE TO PAY 680 ADDITIONAL DOLLRS TO DO THAT.

I came into this shop and ask how much it would be to diagnose and replace the thermostat and water pump - they quoted $57 for the diagnosis and $657 for the work. When my husband dropped the car off they wrote the quote much higher so I called to dispute it and was told this was there standard price. I asked them not to work on the car because I didn't feel comfortable with the sudden price change. When we picked up the car it had been moved and I asked why they said they were about to begin the work when I cancelled. I drove it across the street for a diagnosis at another shop and was told that the Coolant hoses were disconnected and all of the coolant was running out of the car...and the car could not be driven it had to be towed!!! Costing us even more money!!! There were no leaks when the car was dropped off at CME. The thermostat light had come on a few weeks earlier we filled up the coolant, nothing was leaking because the car sat in our drive way for two weeks while we were on vacation....until we could drop it off at the shop. Please beware of these vindictive crooks...

Exceeded my expectations. As a woman, I am always suspect of what "problems" I am told my car may have. Randy, brought to my attention two issues which they fixed, but showed me a picture of what it looked like before and after. WHAT A CONCEPT! PROOF...I love it. The other first .... The price I was quoted was the price I paid when I returned to pick up the car. Very impressed with quick and HONEST service. Big thank you to Randy and his staff Jess Couch

I'm selling my truck and went to these guys to work out some issues. I needed fast service and asked them to make an exception for me on timeframe. Of course, I told them I understood if they couldn't get to it sooner than later. Mike made the exception for me and gave exceptional service too. Instead of giving that knee-jerk response so many people do of a deep sigh and a long pause to work it out in their head, Mike double checked, made it happen, and didn't make me feel like I owed him one for doing me a favor. I tried to leave him some extra cash for being so generous and he said no way and that he was happy to help. I left the $20 for him anyway on my way out because good people with great attitudes should be rewarded for going above and beyond.

I have been a long time customer and they took care of me a couple years ago. Having said that, I have never been so screwed over by a company. Trusting them to fix my car and save me money, I left it with them on a Monday morning. Then I rented a car and waited. Wednesday I call to find out the status and they STILL have not even touched my car. I ended up renting a car for 8 DAYS. $300 later, (cost of car rental), they STILL had not gotten around to fixing my car. So I picked it up today and drove it over to VW in Roseville. They quoted me $400 to fix my car in about 24 hours. So THANKS roseville engine, for doubling my cost of fixing my car. OMG don t ever take your vehicle to this location.
