Do not ever go there. It is the worst shop on town. All I wanted done was to have my plugs changed. Jeep has never run right since. Jeep was test driven before service, ran fine, plugs were installed and test driven, said to be fine until I drove away and the ran very rough. Service manager was rude and would not fix the problem they had create. Do not go there.

On March 18, 2013, I purchased a 2002 Jaguar 3.0 X Type from Unlimited Motors. At the time of purchase the Financial Rep., Janet, promised me full service on oil change and tune up. At that time spark plugs had to be ordered so service was rescheduled for the following week. Upon arriving Unlimited Motors, advised me there was no mechanic on duty so had to reschedule again for the following week out. They assured me a mechanic would be there. The following Saturday I came again, they told me I needed to leave the car so I did. Mind you before this visit, the car ran perfect. No problems at all. So, I arrived at approx. 10 am the next day (Sunday). I waited approx. 2 hrs before they told me they were draining the oil and waiting for mechanic to refill. So I waited another hour or 2. After seeing the impatience and disgust on my face, the Finance Rep.Janet, came out and told me that Jay (salesman) was going to drain and put the oil back in because the mechanic still had not showed up. Fully frustrated and upset with them, which i didnt try to hide any longer because of the numerous times this was attempted. After about 30 minutes after that, Jay came and handed me the keys and said I was ready to go. So they drained the oil from the car and never put any back in. After approx. 4 - 6 wks., the car began to run hot, so I bought antifreeze and filled the radiator. Still was running hot and then thermostat went out. I replaced that. All the time in the back of my mind something is telling me to check the oil, but I dont because Im confident its not that because they just changed that. Or so I thought. I was wrong. 1 month after all this which was in June the motor blew up. Mechanics said there was no oil in the car. I argued the point because I was sure they had done their promised job. When I called to complain to them Janet, Financial person said to me, "You have to change oil every 3 wks". I said, "that's a lie, No car requires that. Oil to be changed every 3 - 6 months", basically every 6 months. Then she said well we are not responsible. I told her they were because nobody else has touched the car but them. Then she tried to say, no because we dont service cars. I told her well you serviced this one because those are the only circumstances I would buy the car and yall serviced it. O so you said. You serviced it alright.. Removed the oil and didnt put oil back in it.

My issue accured using my cruise control on the highway, as I slow down my rpms started idling, the only way to get it to was to barely tap gas and brake to get it stop. I called Pam asked if she know what the problem was got no answer. I called some places looking for a transfer case, pam finally returned my call said it was possibly the transfer case. She asked why I was going to take it to another shop when she would do it for 1000. I told I had 350 now and I'd get the rest in a couple days I dropped on a Monday a week an half before Christmas. I was told from the shop that it should only take 4-6 hours to replace. I didn't get my truck back until Christmas Eve. So not knowing what was really fixed, I took it to get oil change and they informed me my output transfer case seal is leaking bad and I need to take it back to who replaced it. Call the Pams business number it's temporarily disconnected.

No professionalism was quoted time frame of 1 month took over 6 months. Was overcharged and he also did other services that weren't requested and demanded payment or threatened to put a lean on car. Also must keep all receipts. Paid for transmission then he called and said your transmission out. Worst most shady place in Thornton. And the things he charged for I'm positive he didn't even do. When I requested a receipt he said nope.

I bought a used tranny from this shop and mannnn! First I should have trusted instincts when I walked in and this place was filthy. But the old saying you get the service you pay for is in this case another case and point. I bought the tranny on a Friday and brought my car in on Monday for the install of the used tranny. The shop was very poor in communicating a time for completion of the job after being repeatedly asked when would the work be finished. This also a sign of things to come. Finally after asking everyday since dropping car off Monday morning at 8 a.m. a person called and told me that the work would be finished Thursday afternoon sometime and that they would call me. Right.... So I call Thursday around 3 p.m. and the saleslady said she will have to call me back to see what time (he) would be finished. So approx. 3:30p.m. the saleslady calls back and say timidly he should be done some time today. I then asked what time they close for business.. She said 5p.m. I said o.k. I'll be there by 5 then. When I got there at approx..4:45p.m. I was told by the saleslady that (he) was finishing up and asked me to finish paying for the labor.. Not thinking(because I'm not a crook and am a man of my word) anything of it and happy to getting my car back(finally) I pull out CC and happily make payment.. After transaction the saleslady says "I'm just going to get your keys". Right! Hook line and sinker... After a few minutes of her(saleslady) walking away she came back and began randomly speaking to other employees that the car was not finished as expected because (he) it got backed up. He still needs more time and that I needed to comeback sometime tomorrow... Really after payment! Needless to say they not even worth getting upset about... Just sad to see people treat paying customers so nonchalant. I believe they believe they accomplished something being that way to me and they did... To never do or recommend anyonelse in the direction of this classless repair

Took a car in for an oil change and tire rotation. Ended up getting a tie rod replaced at their recommendation. The day after the car was picked up the engine quit. Checked the oil at the time and it BARELY showed any oil on the dipstick. Had the car towed back and all they would say is that the symptoms were consistent with oil starvation, but wouldn't admit to ANY fault in the outcome, nor would they entertain offering any portion of my last invoice ($300) as a refund. Very disappointing - I had thought they were better than that.
