I took my sedan to have a standard oil change and less than two months later the engine seized due to improper filter installation (as per my mechanic). Now I am out a reliable car and these folks refused to make it right. They spent tons more than I was asking in legal fees fighting my small claim. They got a fancy lawyer and were able to wiggle out of their responsibility. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR CAR - You will regret it, I promise!

i definitely recommend him he spends the time to clean every nook and cranny in the cars he cleans. He cleans it all by hand and makes sure you are happy with it before you leave, and you always are happy with his work. thank you, Robert!

I purchased some equipment from Rich at Penrose Truck Sales. They accepted a repair job on the equipment prior to taking possession. After a week and a half I returned to find a poor attempt at performing the services. I asked Rich to handling fixing the repair to make it right. He got mad and returned my deposit. A total waste of time. His crew is good but he has not management skills.

Had to redo water pump myself. Bad mechanics.
