Auto repair service near Commerce City, CO

I have used this shop without any issues for a couple years. I get peppered with text messages to bring my car in. When I finally needed an oil change, I made an appointment online. Brought my car to the shop on Quebec and my car and wasn’t on the calendar. The guy at the front desk offered to squeeze my car in, but it would take all day, which is what I was trying to avoid. He actually seemed frustrated with the system and said I needed to call next time. I double-checked the confirmation and I had the correct date, time, and location. So, owners, why are you the last operation during the pandemic that hasn’t figured out online appointments? Really frustrating.

My Audi had an issue with intermittently not starting. Bill checked out all the possibilities. And he went beyond using his deep knowledge and experience to find the problem. He found and ordered the part. And I am thankful for the loaner car. He and his team do an excellent job, know mechanics and work to correct all the problems. Jeff's taken great care of my Jeep Grand Cherokee for years and has kept my Ford Escape going nicely for more than a decade. His work is good and the pricing is fair. I wouldn't think of taking my cars anywhere else, and recommend this garage without reservation.

Unimpressed to say the least. Typical sleazy used car dealer. Wouldn't even attempt to connect me with someone to give me a trade-in value - just asked me what car I wanted to buy and bragged about how long he'd been in business. If there was a zero-star rating, I'd give that.

Lazy staff. Business doesn’t return customer phone calls. Poorly managed. Only want to work with wealthy Boulder customers. Go anywhere else. I didn’t want to give this review any stars but the site required at least one star.
