My husband and I are pleased to endorse this repair shop. They had previously done some work on our Ford Explorer and we decided to give them a chance on our other vehicle. A full diagnosis was done on my Lexus IS250 and I was told up front how much it would cost along with a description of the items that needed immediate attention and others that could wait awhile. The sales manager, Ahsan, is very honest and runs the shop with absolute integrity. The service was as good as we would have received at Kuni Lexus for much less. The work was completed quickly and as promised. I plan to have Royal Automotive take care of all our maintenance and repair needs in the future. I really don't mind the drive from Lone Tree to Denver. They can work on practically anything--American cars to imports. I plan to recommend this shop to all my friends and clients in the future. Not the nicest looking place, but the employees are very nice and low pressure. The F-150 I had purchased has treated me well and Rodney(my sales guy) helped me save some money on some new tires and a mirror I had broke. The process was painless and fast. Good guyd, would recommened!

This dealer caused me to be late registering a car i purchased from him. Colorado law requires him to submit title papers and register a lien on a financed vehicle within 15 days of date of purchase and/or deliver the title to the purchaser within 30 days of the date of purchase no matter how much money is owed. I filed a complaint with Colorado DMV and they threatened to fine him if he didn't comply immediately. So finally 90 days after purchase date i was able to register the car he sold me. but not without consequence. I lease a commercial shop to to operate my business from and he is the landlord. In fact he occupies the unit next to me. The day after he hands me my title i got served an eviction notice. So now we are in court. This guy Gregg Greenwood the owner of Blue Mountain forged some lease documents, even had them notarized by a close personal friend of his named Colleen Combs another used car dealer. Im reporting them both for fraud

I recently dropped off my 2019 Dodge Charger at Thompson Automotive because the steering began feeling stiff and rigid rather than smooth and effortless. Having some automotive knowledge, I figured this was due to the vehicle's power steering system. I didn't know exactly what type of power steering my vehicle had, as there are a few different options, but I knew that my experience driving the car had worsened. After dropping my vehicle off at Thompson Automotive and having it reviewed by one of their mechanics, I was notified that my vehicle didn't have power steering whatsoever, and thus, there was nothing to be fixed. Even the mechanic who inspected my vehicle reassured me as such, saying there would be nothing to do except add power steering to my vehicle. I insisted the steering was smooth until recently, but the mechanic shrugged off my concerns. Unconvinced, I called a friend who is a mechanic and runs servicing for a Dodge dealership. He reassured me that my vehicle does have power steering and informed me of different reasons why my power steering would be failing. With this in mind, I took my vehicle to a local Dodge dealership for another inspection. They notified me that my power steering rack was leaking fluid and that I would need a new rack and pinion. This was expensive but necessary, and upon receiving my vehicle with a replaced rack and pinion, my steering was back to normal. I'm disappointed in the lack of care and service from Thompson Automotive. I drive my car all the time, and my experience should guide the inspection process when diagnosing an issue. When I say that the steering used to be smooth and is now stiff, the mechanic should seek to understand why such a thing is occurring. How would it be that my car doesn't have power steering if I tell you it used to steer smoothly? Instead, my concerns were shrugged off. As a result, I cannot recommend Thompson Automotive to anyone seeking automotive repairs because of their lack of consideration and thoroughness when looking over my vehicle. At least they didn't charge for the time they spent misdiagnosing my vehicle.

You will be treated with fairness and courtesy. They understand this this problem is a big deal for the customer and take it seriously. From the start, communication is timely and easy to understand. The repairs are perfect and they go beyond to take care of you. (I had a loose piece on the front bumper that they saw and fixed up for me.) Easy to talk with and always available to provide info. They kept my car a total of seven days. I had to keep taking it back so they could guess at what was causing the check engine light to glow, all the while charging me 95.00 an hour plus parts I didn't need. The rough idle problem was never fixed. All of this for a whopping 1200.00.
