Extremely disappointed in their service and attitude. We brought a vehicle there to look at a problem. That was the first issue, we should have merely gone to auto zone, where we would have got the original diagnosis that they gave us for free and not have paid $135+ for them to tell us you may or may not have an alternator problem, and you may want to replace the batteries. Again, I could have shown up to an auto zone, and they would have told me that for free. Next is that advice was "The beginning, and more than likely several more tests will need to be done, and those fixes which they quoted at over $1K may not fix the problem that we brought the vehicle in for. This tells me that this shop likes to "Throw Parts" at a problem and hope that it fixes the issue and does not truly take the time to figure out the root. Stay away from this company, I find these practices and mentality very unethical when it comes to car shops. Fortunately the shop we did end up taking the vehicle to has a better process in place and does not want to nickel and dime their customers.

My Veggie school bus/RV broke down and I took it here with a blown turbo. They had us on the road quick enough, we made it 3 exits away before it blew again. 3rd time we made it 50 miles. We continued our trip in the car and left the bus. Took these guys over 3 years to fix the turbo problem. When I flew down to pick it up I found they Stole the $1500 sound system out of it. Marty is the only one with the key but it was locked when we got there. He says it was probably someone that used to work there but they wouldn't do anything to compensate me. Got it started and it blew smoke like mad. wouldn't stop. He didn't fix anything. I took it to the nearest Diesel shop and they told me the turbo was band and now it had a blown head gasket and I'd never make it back to Seattle. I said screw it and tried anyway. We made it but it was never fixed. over 3 years, a lost sound system, and over $2000 and this was one of the worst mechanical experiences I've been through. BTW I'm a mechanic and I own my own shop. I'd never do this to a customer. Everytime I called to get status it was some lame excuse or another. Steer clear of this place, they're horrible.
