James and West Highlands Auto repair were unbelievably helpful and were beyond fair in a variety of ways. Although my car repairs ended up costing far more than I imagined- they worked with me to find ways to reduce the overall cost and took it upon them selves to fix additional technical problems eating the labor and parts costs- what mechanics would do that? James has wonderful customer service skills, is kind, professional and really is dedicated to leaving the customer happy. He's a really nice guy.

AS usual, I get the best service and personal care at Star Tech. Maria and Sandor are the best. They only fix what needs fixing and the prices are better than any other repair place. I am a customer for life!!

These guys are great! I had a fairly large dent from a shopping cart. I got several estimates ranging from $600 to $800 at other shops near by. Anemas did my estimate within 10 minutes of arrival. When I went to them for the repair, it was done in a matter of hours and looks like it never happened. The cost was about half of the other estimates. Seems like they have a lot of experience and are really honest and do what they say.

Manny and his staff are so amazing I can't say enough good things about this place. Being a young female, car places have pulled my leg and over charged consistently. Cars aren't secure on lot nor do they care. Car stereo was stolen from my car while on Antillon property.

Do not ever go there. It is the worst shop on town. All I wanted done was to have my plugs changed. Jeep has never run right since. Jeep was test driven before service, ran fine, plugs were installed and test driven, said to be fine until I drove away and the ran very rough. Service manager was rude and would not fix the problem they had create. Do not go there.

I brought my car in for an oil change and was planning on selling in a few short weeks. I let them no that when I brought it in. I said, "I am not going to put anymore money into the car, I am selling it. I only want the oil change". They removed my serpentine belt that was fraying and refused to put it back on because it was too "damaged" to put back on. They wanted $150 to put a new one on. They made me sign a waiver to drive my now "unsafe" car off the lot and were very rude to me.
