This garage is exceptional!! I was quoted $6,000 of work I needed done from the Nissan place. Chris and his team did a 21 point inspection, same as other place, and found $0.00 wrong except the quote I asked for for a new antenna. If you're a female that needs honest car repairs done, these are your guys!! It's a small place so make an appointment! The owners are best friends since they were kids. You're the best Chris!!

Referred here for warranty work on failing bearings rear wheels. Car seen by my personal, very competent mechanic on 8/17 at which time bearing problem diagnosed by him. Took car in today. Matt called me and said front axel needed to be replaced and engine needed cleaning b/c of oil. 6 days ago NO evidence of torn boot. I had not hit any bumps driving <45 MPH b/c of bearing problem. Called my competent personal mechanic and he said bring it by after GO and he would look at it. He was shocked to see that the boot was indeed torn and last week definitely it was OK. Draw your own conclusions I guess but I know I will not be returning to GO for any reason.

I have used this shop without any issues for a couple years. I get peppered with text messages to bring my car in. When I finally needed an oil change, I made an appointment online. Brought my car to the shop on Quebec and my car and wasn’t on the calendar. The guy at the front desk offered to squeeze my car in, but it would take all day, which is what I was trying to avoid. He actually seemed frustrated with the system and said I needed to call next time. I double-checked the confirmation and I had the correct date, time, and location. So, owners, why are you the last operation during the pandemic that hasn’t figured out online appointments? Really frustrating.
