My wife's 1999 Ford Escort had a problem with its timing belt. We took it to a certain blue and gold auto repair shop on the same street and was told our water pump was to blame. Guess what? The Ford Escorts are designed so that the water pump has no contact whatsoever with the timing belt. We were lied to by that shop. We took our car to Jim Paris instead and got great service. They immediately identified the defective timing belt and honored the warranty on it even though we didn't buy it there. They also repaired some associated issues at no additional charge. I highly recommend Jim Paris and I will go there first next time I need car work done.

James and West Highlands Auto repair were unbelievably helpful and were beyond fair in a variety of ways. Although my car repairs ended up costing far more than I imagined- they worked with me to find ways to reduce the overall cost and took it upon them selves to fix additional technical problems eating the labor and parts costs- what mechanics would do that? James has wonderful customer service skills, is kind, professional and really is dedicated to leaving the customer happy. He's a really nice guy.

Been a customer for some time and highly recommend them. You may get better price somewhere else but you may not get quality work, as you will here.

Since then, Alternative Autoworx is the ONLY place we taken our now Forester and Ford F150 to. Finding - and staying with - a great mechanic is like going to the doctor, they keep a record of everything they do so they know about your vehicle. The guys are friendly, knowledgeable, trustworthy and honest about telling you what needs work now and what you should consider down the road. Been very good about quick attention when I've had to tow a car in. Reasonable prices and great service - the Alternative to dealers. (I know it sounds like I work there, or am related, but no)

I have been ever so happy with Toy Doctor. They not only provide very knowledgeable, technical and accurate maintenance for my car, but they provide one of the best customer service experiences in the city of Denver. Not only is Nate a repair genius, he's also an honest, hard working, genuine guy. I came in to get a tune up, bearings replaced, front end aligned, and fluids flushed and replaced. He did all of that and also found out where that annoying clicking was coming from. Instead of using a $600 local part, he found the part in Texas for half the price! And instead of just flushing all of my fluids and charging me for the whole shebang, he saw that only the power steering fluid was dirty and only did that. Not only will I come back for my Subaru needs, I'll also tell all of my friends with imports to check with him first. Amazing service, prices, and customer service. Trust me, go talk to Nate before you go anywhere else. I definitely will.

These guys are great! I had a fairly large dent from a shopping cart. I got several estimates ranging from $600 to $800 at other shops near by. Anemas did my estimate within 10 minutes of arrival. When I went to them for the repair, it was done in a matter of hours and looks like it never happened. The cost was about half of the other estimates. Seems like they have a lot of experience and are really honest and do what they say.

Work was completed on time and in a professional manner. Nick was straightforward in assessing the issue, and kept us in communication throughout the process. We would highly recommend Urban Auto Care to anyone.

Cars aren't secure on lot nor do they care. Car stereo was stolen from my car while on Antillon property.

Charged $140 for the WRONG diagnosis. Quoted $2000 for the work, which wouldn't have fixed it anyway! Went elsewhere and got my car running again perfectly for $400. These guys are either scammers or extremely incompetent. In either case, AVOID THIS PLACE!
