Steve at STS has been the only mechanic to work on and service my vehicles. Why? Because his thorough diagnostics are explained in clear and relevant terms. STS's labor rates are competitive with the industry but he always charges by the actual time it takes vs. rounding up the hours like most shops. He'll provide prioritization on what is really in need to be fixed as opposed to fixing and charging for everything in and around the effected area. The markup on materials is minimal if anything at all. His warranty on the work performed is always covered if needed at all. Steve is the best all-around auto mechanic that I've used in over 35 years of car ownership. Lastly, I have referred my family and friends to STS because of the way I have been treated as a customer.

I've been doing business at Palumbo's for years. I would trust them with any vehicle I own! They are kind, and honest. They even took photographs of my worn brake pads and emailed them to me so that I could understand what needed to be done!

I Requested That He Place An Order For 4 Tires And I Will Be There At The Appointed Time For Installation. Upon My Arrival He Proceeds To Dismount My Wheels Only To Find Out He Received The Incorrect Size From The Distributor. Inspection 101 Dictates That You Make Sure That You Verify That You Have Received What You Ordered Before You Call The Customer...After Leaving Work Early, Driving 50 Miles He Says To My Dismay "I Have All Of The Money I Will Ever Need And I Don't Need To Kiss Your AS*...If You Do Not Want To Patronize My Establishment You Can Go Elsewhere"...A Wonderful Attitude And Way To Treat A Valued Customer Of 13 Years...His Partner Penny Is A Wonderful Caring Person....That Being Said; If Gary Is Still Part Of The Business, You Would Be Better Off Finding Another Establishment To Do Business With As He Has All The Money He Will Ever Need And Does Not Need Yours. The Happy Ending Of The Story Is I Was Able To Obtain The Correct Size Of The Tires I Wanted For $50.00 Less Including A Free Alignment From A Reputable Establishment Who Recognizes The Importance Of Customer Service.
