I Tried My Best To Patronize This Business Due To Loyalty And Trust. At My Last Oil Change One Of The Partners (Gary) Indicated That I Require A New Set Of Tires Due To Wear. I Requested That He Place An Order For 4 Tires And I Will Be There At The Appointed Time For Installation. Upon My Arrival He Proceeds To Dismount My Wheels Only To Find Out He Received The Incorrect Size From The Distributor. Inspection 101 Dictates That You Make Sure That You Verify That You Have Received What You Ordered Before You Call The Customer...After Leaving Work Early, Driving 50 Miles He Says To My Dismay "I Have All Of The Money I Will Ever Need And I Don't Need To Kiss Your AS*...If You Do Not Want To Patronize My Establishment You Can Go Elsewhere"...A Wonderful Attitude And Way To Treat A Valued Customer Of 13 Years...His Partner Penny Is A Wonderful Caring Person....That Being Said; If Gary Is Still Part Of The Business, You Would Be Better Off Finding Another Establishment To Do Business With As He Has All The Money He Will Ever Need And Does Not Need Yours. The Happy Ending Of The Story Is I Was Able To Obtain The Correct Size Of The Tires I Wanted For $50.00 Less Including A Free Alignment From A Reputable Establishment Who Recognizes The Importance Of Customer Service. My friend recommended Bouley's Service Center for my car repair issues. Located just past Look Park in Northampton, these guys, Mike and Dave really know what they are doing. After driving over 2000 miles over my last scheduled oil change, I knew I needed a tune up as well. They did a complete job and even checked my brakes after I mentioned I kept hearing a sqeaking noise, come to find out I needed brake pads. They didn't try to sell me any extra stuff like some places. They take the time to explain things as well. I also took a couple buisness cards for a friend because there was a car on the lot that is for sale and thought he might like it. I would recommend this shop to anyone who needs their car worked on.

Went in for an emission test this morning and was greeted with a very professional receptionist and service person. My car was done within 20 minutes. Thank you for taking me so quickly!

My sister was shopping for a used car that fit her price range. She found one and took it for a test drive. While on the drive, the car began shaking and the C.E.L. (Check Engine Light) came on. The mechanic on the drive said they would check everything on the vehicle, repair it, and then give it to her. The next day she went to pick it up, no light on, but drove a few miles away and the light came back, it began shaking again. The dealer was already closed, so she brought it Meineke who diagnosed many issues with the vehicle and said that the dealer only turned off the light. DO NOT SHOP THERE. They provide unsafe vehicles, they are a CHOP SHOP!
