I have had my car fixed at this shop numerous times. I would recommend them to anyone. It is always difficult to find a repair shop where you trust the people who are servicing your car...This is that place! They tell it like it is. No unneeded services or surprise extras when you go to pay the bill. To be fair, I had one uncomfortable situation arise with them. However, I was the one that made them uncomfortable (long story I wont bore you with) and once it was explained (professionally I might add), the situation was corrected and I continue to have my car serviced there. Mike, the manager is friendly, efficient, caring, knowledgeably, and ever so helpful. He oversees the work and you almost never have to come back after a repair. you couldn't even get my oil change right. I told ya my car needed 0W20. I told you in the beginning you didn't even listen. thank god I saw your guy grab the wrong oil (5W40) other wise I would have driven home without knowing my car got a wrong oil change . I also came for amsoil and you got me something completely different. The wrong oil you put in my car was not amsoil and the later one you changed was not amsoil either after you realized you made a mistake. The oil was something from a steel drum. who knows what's inside there and the guy who pump the oil out the drum didn't even know how much he should pump. at that point I already felt unsafe and I quickly googled another service center that had amsoil and was just a few miles away. I went there (my car was already driving weird tho) and the manager or supervisor immediately knew what oil my car needed and how much it needed after lookup in his computer. He brought the oil to me and it's exactly the amsoil my car uses. I changed the oil again there and what upset me again was that the tech told me the oil filter was leaking. What a nice job you have done. and after failing to perform this basic work, you still charged me 150$, for unknown quality of oil and unfit oil filter. do you even feel shame? stop throwing those BS canned messages like "Please call us at 516-518-5552" to show you care but in fact you don't at all.
