He tells you what needs to be done in a very professional manner and is very upfront about costs and labor. He doesn't sugarcoat damage or needed repairs. His staff are very friendly and inviting. Each visit you can guarantee a smile and a flower if you had any work done, whether its a simple oil change or replacing your front end. This facility will let you think that they can inspect your car. They are not licensed by the state of Rhode Island to inspect cars. They are however able to inspect trucks over 8500lbs. So if you need an inspection sticker nd you go to Wayne's this is what will happen to you. They will find problems with your car and tell you that it needs to be repaired, will overcharge you and even replace parts that were good to begin with. They will then take your car to another facility to have it inspected. If he is so honest and good why can't he be a Rhode Island state inspection facility for autos.
