My sister was shopping for a used car that fit her price range. She found one and took it for a test drive. While on the drive, the car began shaking and the C.E.L. (Check Engine Light) came on. The mechanic on the drive said they would check everything on the vehicle, repair it, and then give it to her. The next day she went to pick it up, no light on, but drove a few miles away and the light came back, it began shaking again. The dealer was already closed, so she brought it Meineke who diagnosed many issues with the vehicle and said that the dealer only turned off the light. DO NOT SHOP THERE. They provide unsafe vehicles, they are a CHOP SHOP!

I Tried My Best To Patronize This Business Due To Loyalty And Trust. At My Last Oil Change One Of The Partners (Gary) Indicated That I Require A New Set Of Tires Due To Wear. I Requested That He Place An Order For 4 Tires And I Will Be There At The Appointed Time For Installation. Upon My Arrival He Proceeds To Dismount My Wheels Only To Find Out He Received The Incorrect Size From The Distributor. Inspection 101 Dictates That You Make Sure That You Verify That You Have Received What You Ordered Before You Call The Customer...After Leaving Work Early, Driving 50 Miles He Says To My Dismay "I Have All Of The Money I Will Ever Need And I Don't Need To Kiss Your AS*...If You Do Not Want To Patronize My Establishment You Can Go Elsewhere"...A Wonderful Attitude And Way To Treat A Valued Customer Of 13 Years...His Partner Penny Is A Wonderful Caring Person....That Being Said; If Gary Is Still Part Of The Business, You Would Be Better Off Finding Another Establishment To Do Business With As He Has All The Money He Will Ever Need And Does Not Need Yours. The Happy Ending Of The Story Is I Was Able To Obtain The Correct Size Of The Tires I Wanted For $50.00 Less Including A Free Alignment From A Reputable Establishment Who Recognizes The Importance Of Customer Service. Sadly To Say; I Am Done With Bob & Penny's Of Plainville, CT.

i used to buy cars for big names like balise and curry but this time i decided to brake the routine and try small business and went to thoese guys wheels and deals auto since i pass buy this place every day i see them moving cars all the time every time i look i see new cars....so i decided to stop to get my next car from them...sure enough respectfull and elpfull also the best thing is he sound he know what he is talking about...after back and forth few times i kinda liked them and bought a car from them and i do not regret...9 months now and still going nock on wood no problemo baby....yes i will go there all the time and sure enough the same one or tow ppl that i dealt with!!!great place to do business with.

These guys are the best!! I’ve been a customer for more than thirty years. They keep my 91 Saab turbo, 04 crv with 320k and my 01 Qx4 running like new at minimal cost! They’ve never let me down!

James and staff are top notch. This is the first time I have taken my car to anyone except the dealer and I was pleased to see that their service far surpassed (any) dealer I have gone to. They are into details: from little things like leaving a small (branded) hand sanitizer bottle in the car to the car being washed and the engine being steam cleaned. The icing on the cake was the fact that they came in under the initial estimate and James, the owner walked me through what was done. Lastly, I received a call the following morning from his courteous staff asking if everything was all right and was the car was performing as expected. I will absolutely go back and refer my friends and family to Precision Auto. By the way, I hardly ever do reviews but I felt compelled as the service was exceptional. Thanks James and Staff!
