STS's labor rates are competitive with the industry but he always charges by the actual time it takes vs. rounding up the hours like most shops. He'll provide prioritization on what is really in need to be fixed as opposed to fixing and charging for everything in and around the effected area. The markup on materials is minimal if anything at all. His warranty on the work performed is always covered if needed at all. Steve is the best all-around auto mechanic that I've used in over 35 years of car ownership. I arrived on my way from Massachusetts to Georgia with one of my windshield fluid dispensers not working in the aftermath of a winter storm. It was just before closing on a Friday afternoon, and Country Auto took my car into the shop, warmed it up, got my line unfrozen and charged me nothing! I wouldn't have been able to continue otherwise. This is a great place. It is conveniently located to an I-91 exit.
