Our recent experience with Randy's Garage was exceptional. The entire staff was courteous and professional. We have a 1997 38 ft. Barth diesel pusher that required some attention.  We have used Randy's garage for our vehicle maintenance in the past however this was the first time taking in the motor home. We had the engine, transmission and generator fully serviced. We were having problems with the air suspension. The problem was quickly diagnosed and repairs were done. While at the garage we realized that all six tires on the coach were over ten years old. We chose what tires we wanted and Randy gave us the best price of anyone we contacted. While all six tires were being installed and balanced the brakes were checked and adjusted. One windshield wiper in front of the passenger seat was not working properly. It was adjusted and the problem was resolved. Since the wiper repair my husband is not as not as thrilled as I am that I can now see what's going on in front of us when it's raining! Honest, straightforward, reliable, helpful... what's not to like? In fact, that's a lot to like! I was initially referred there by a knowledgeable friend, so this should count as two positive reviews. Always a positive experience for me.

My daughter brings her car here regularly and she suggested I bring mine when it was making some noises coming from the rear end. I ended up needing a brake job and was pretty surprised when the girl in the office gave me the estimate. Needless to say, the pricing is very good and they seem to do good work. I've been very happy with the work I've had done there. My only gripe is that I needed an appointment beforehand however, they got right on it once I arrived which is better than waiting...

I think these guys take advantage of women for sure, maybe others as well. My ex took her car here on several occasions to have work done. First it was because of the battery. They told her it was an alternator problem and replaced it. Later she drove to the east coast and still same issue, so a mechanic here replaced the battery, which on this car is a chore. Still having issues when she returned to them, they told her the harmonic balance was bad, and that's why it wasn't charging properly. But still no refund for the not bad alternator. As a former mechanic and an ASE certified one for over 20 years, I can tell you, the alternator and the harmonic balance were both OK. So next trip they say she needs all new brakes rotors, pads, calipers, the works. Now being female when they say things like, "you wont be able to stop or your wheel is going to fall off", she buys it. So this time she had a noise and took it back, they said she needed all new ball joints upper and lower both sides in the front. So I got on the phone with Matt, I can tell you they have no idea what there talking about, stumbling over his diagnosis and telling me it needs them, said if nothing else needs an front wheel alignment. Anybody who knows cars knows you cant align the front if the ball joints are bad. Now keep in mind this car, for a 1999 only has 48000 miles on it. So I had her take it to somebody else, two places in fact. The noise ended up being a piece of plastic wheel well the most likely bent when doing the brake job. The ball joints are fine and do not need replacing. It's sad that shops like this one can stay in business doing people like this. I also have a recorded conversation with the mechanic that he stated if she didn't replace the ball joints her wheel was going to fall off. So no disputing that they said that. Bottom line stay away from these people!!! Read Reviews on yelp and google this shop is no good. save yourself a headache.

If you have a high end Lexus, DO NOT bring your car here. I brought my SC430 in for a simple oil change and motor mounts. The mechanic backed the car out with the driver door open and CRUNCHED it! Of course I was very upset, Shariff agreed to repair it but only at the bodyshop of his neighbor. He insisted. When I can to pick the car up after waiting a week, I was shocked to see the butchered repair. After two more futile tries at the same bodyshop and wasting two more tri[ps to pick it up, I insisted that I take it to the shop of my choice. I had to threaten to bring in my lawyer before Shariff agreed to pay for it. A very stressful and time wasting experience. Kudos for Gerber Collision & Glass for doing the repairs right the first time. I will NEVER recommend Lexpert to anyone after this experience.

Fast and courteous. Experts in their field. And reasonable prices. It doesn't get better than this.

COMPETENT DIAGNOSIS SLOW COMPLETION OF WORK OVERPRICED

Worst customer service I have ever received in my life. No respect for my time, no respect for my business, no respect period. Had ordered parts back in June 15 with Oscar for my Porsche, it is now July 15 and I have been calling, emailing, texting and no response. This is completely unacceptable and terrible business practice. You do not ignore your customers! If you didn't want to do the job to begin with, this should have been communicated initially! No need to waste my time especially a month of my time! I am so upset and can’t even think straight…. When I called the shop and finally got a hold of Oscar he acted like he didn’t even know who i was and put the blame on me for not being able to reach him although he gave me his cell phone number initially and told me that I should email or call him directly the last time I was in getting a repair because I couldn’t reach him at the shop! No apology, no sorry, nothing. Unbelievable. I've never been and felt this disrespected in my life. I want to speak to the shop owner Mike immediately and I will be seeing him this week to discuss the situation. If he has ANY INTEGRITY AT ALL, Obviously I am not going to be taking my business here and I will be going elsewhere as this relationship has been burned, but I think he needs to know the type of business practice that his partner is engaging in. At least have SOME INTEGRITY and get back to me, this is childish and we are supposed to be professional adults!
