WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO GET SOMETHING FOR MY CAR. THIS FEMALE WHO LOOKED LIKE A BUTCH ASKED ME THE SAME QUESTION ABOUT MY CAR 4 TIMES WHILE SMERKING! I TOLD HER WHAT I THOUGHT OF HER & TALKED TO THE MANAGER WHO WAS A 7FT DRUNKIN LOOKING JACK*** WHO BEGAN TO BLAME ME WHEN HE WASNT EVEN THERE. I TOLD EM BOTH WHERE TO GO & WENT TO THE OTHER PEP BOYS MUCH BETTER!! AND AFTER I TOLD EM WHAT I THOUGHT OFF I WENT THANK GOD! WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO GET SOMETHING FOR MY CAR. I bought a car from suburban volvo palm beach about 1 1/2 years ago.i just went to get new tires for our cx-70, and found out it needed 215/65/16 102v tires.v tires are for cars that have a high speed rating.here i find out that the tires on the car sold to me were not the rated tires required by the manufacture. putting me and my family at risk of blowing a tire at high speeds.VOLVO SAFETY NOT AT SUBURBAN!!!

They call me and hang up, I call back and ask to be removed from the list, Misty (a floor supervisor, and not a friendly one at all) tells me that I have been added to the "Do Not Call List" this was three months ago and I still get a phone call and a hangup every single day from this company. Isnt that illegal? DO NOT SHOP HERE!! THEY ARE RUDE, UNHELPFUL AND INTRUSIVE! The worst part of all of this, Im not even the person they keep asking for, he does not own this phone number. This has been going on for almost 6 months! Anybody else having a problem with this company should report it HERE (complaintwire.org)
