excellent work,Wayne is very honest,friendly,and helpful,as is his Jerri. I have been taking my cars to wayne for 13 years,and have always gotten good serive. I recpect Wayne very mush,not just for his skills,but also because he served our great country as a Marine.

We had our truck repaired by Henry Arnold Ford in late November. They charged us $750 to repair a small fuel leak and a couple other minor things. The truck was running fine when we took it in. They fixed it and said the truck was good to go. Well a week later the truck completely quit and stranded our son on his way back to college. It was a wiring harness in the area they claimed to have fixed. We contacted them and they said they would come get it and make it right. Well, they did send a wrecker and fixed the truck. However, they charged us an additional $360! Unbelievable. Not only was the initial bill outrageous, they also charged us again for something they missed to start with. We will never use them again.
