Visit 1: A test was done on the vehicle and we were charged $80 for it. As well $90 oil change was performed. Over the next week several lights inside of the vehicle turned on. We found a large volume of oil in our driveway. We returned the car to him. See Visit 2. Visit 2: Allen (the owner) admitted that the oil change was faulty. Allen stated that the oil filter was at fault. As well, Allen performed $300 in tests to figure out why the 'check engine' light was coming on - some of the same tests he performed the first visit. When our debit card was declined we asked if we could write a check - he said 'Make it out to cash.' The Next Evening - Car stopped running while driving home from work. Check engine light came on again. Had to spend $80 to tow it to the dealership (at this point we no longer trusted Allen or his competency with this vehicle). Spent $450 to replace the fuel filter - and do even more tests. Follow up visit to discuss: Went in to Allen to request my money back as the services we paid for he performed badly. Laid out the bill of the costs that we had to cover to manage the process. Allen offered $229 as a refund for his botched services, said take it or leave and said to sign a release form. When we said that wasn't fair and I showed him the below list of items that we felt he owned us Allen immediately called me a schmuck, told me to take him to court and raised his voice. One of his employees called the police on me. Cops came and said there was nothing to do. $80 Original incorrectly read scan. $95 - oil change refund that Allen admitted to screwing up. $275 - three scans which were run because Allen's oil change screwed up our car and because Allen couldn't figure out what was wrong. $80 - Price we had to pay for the car towing. $105 - Four hours of our time that we had to waste going back to Allen's shop in three different visits. Our car got hit in a Publix shopping center by someone who admitted they were in a hurry. She said it was not her fault that she hit our car even though we were already pulling out before she came flying through. Contacted the insurance company who advised us it will probably be better for us to get quotes as our deductible will probably be the same for the amount of the repair. In addition, it isn't worth it to fight to get this woman to pay the cost. We ended up with two quotes and was trying to find a place on 15th Street that was recommended to us, but ended up at Ace-Tech Auto repairs instead. Richard was very caring and had the car pulled around to the back side to check out the dent. He was able to heat out the dent we didn't have to leave the car for two or three days as the others told us we would have to do. It was such a wonderful surprise to have someone who wasn't going to charge a high extravagant fee to have the dent removed. (much lower than our other quotes). We highly recommend this repair shop who cares about the customers.

I knew I needed a new battery. Went to another shop that insisted I needed a new alternator, too. Went to Rothe's. They confirmed I needed a new battery and that my alternator was fine. They didn't try to cheat me like the first place did.

Worst Repair ever! He is a theif. Broke same day, does not return calls, says he will come, does not. Beware. Guess thats why they only take cash

I have met many people that have offered me an opportunity to purchase cars and after a long exhausting search i found rolling wheels. At first I was a little hesitant and not sure, but after talking to David I realized instantly that this is going to be the place that I can get a deal, credit assistance and finance help that was required. I even got the opportunity and the trust to extend and defer my down payment so i accumulate more money to put down to assist me with my monthly payments for the 2010 dodge Avenger SRT. Very Friendly environment, I got the car of my dreams, I was able to get approved for the car I wanted This is the Best and most honest dealership I have been to. They are user friendly and worked with my credit, got me low and easy car payments, and helped me get back to driving instead of taking the bus. The car drives good and they told me if there are issues they would fix the issue.

I used to go there a lot, but the last two or three times was less than perfect. I left them a tire to check a slow leak weeks later Nobody took care of it really! I talk to the boss Ziad he is only song and dance. Then I asked the guy to flip a Tire on the rim they damaged the bead scrapping that one year old tire…. Needless to say I’m not going back.

We bought a boat from this company, they are absolute CROOKS. Very dishonest, the EBAY advertisement said the motor had 225 hours on it, turns out it was a completely rebuilt motor. We unfortunately discovered this when we got the boat back to Canada and took it out on the water for the first time, the motor started ticking after 15 minutes of driving and then blew completely before we had a chance to get it back to shore. When we contacted them about it, they basically told us it wasn't their problem and refused to take any responsibility whatsoever. We found so many things with this boat that had been quick fixed to make it look good for the sale, they put a fresh coat of paint on the propeller so it was shiny and told my husband "yeah, we put a brand new prop on it".....blatant lie - the paint job started peeling off this "new" prop as soon as it got wet. Very untrustworthy and scammy dealership in my opinion.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! The owner, Eli, is a snake. Biggest scam of all low lifes. I bought a car a month ago from him. This is what has happened since: when I signed the contract Eli stated that I would have 10 days to return the car. That was a lie. What I signed said THEY had 10 days to deny the purchase. 2 days later my car broke down. And I had to get it towed, and rent a car for 5 days. Eli did pay to fix it but did not pay me back for my rental. THEN, just this past weekend, my left back tire LITERALLY fell off the axel while I was on the highway with my son. We watched it roll across the highway. Thank God no one was hurt. And if it would have been one of the front wheels who knows what would have happened to us. Now, I had to pay to get it towed again and am now in another rental. I called Eli to tell him and his response was "Sorry, deal is done". This guy is awful and I am going to do everything I can to make sure no one buys from him ever again!!!!

They filled my transmission with 4 additional quarts. Left my power steering cap off. I've had 1200 dollars so far worth of damage done to my car. Corporate says they check all fluids while the sunrise location says they do not. Aka they are taking no accountability. These people are terrible. Have not heard back from corporate or johnathan from the ftl location.
