Thankfully there was Mobil 1 in the engine. Mark found the problem quickly and fixed it, changed the oil and she's back in service. Mark is very intelligent, knowledgable and has always been very honest in his dealings.

He is honest, fair and does a great job. Often feel he does not charge me enough based on what others charge. Rarely if EVER have to take vehicle back after work done. Has night drop, you can pay by credit card and pick up vehicle after hours. So glad he is doing oil changes and other maintenance type service, too.
Came to Chev Center in because rattle under car and hissing. Classic S... read more Came to Chev Center in because rattle under car and hissing. Classic Symptoms of bad catalytic converter. Causes over heating and poor fuel mileage. Worker did not check to see if catalytic converter was bad. Worker just brushed me off. Worker just treated a result of bad cat converter not the cause. When I asked about the rattle, worker just said caused by string hanging from door. Ha Ha. Coordinators who take info on cars are inexperienced and untrained. This lack of skill by those working on cars has cost me $800 in extra repairs so far and Cat Converter is not repaired.
