BEWARE!!! I have been waiting for return call for days. Will not return call. Bought a car that supposedly had a service contract. 1.3 miles after getting car the differential broke! Replaced that under warranty. After picking up I noted multiple severe oil leaks. Drove 15 miles later and transmission slipping severely. Check engine light on. Turn signal will not turn off with return. Glove box handle missing complete. (was told would mail and send tracking #, never happened)Trunk lid shocks and hinge bad. Finally a return call and told by Jose today that they will not stand behind car. Now have a $5000 piece of junk and cam not drive it after a little over 100 miles. BEWARE!!!

Our 2012 Chevy Cruze needed various things done. We had several recommendations for him so we called before going out of town for a week and dropped it off to pick up when we returned. He did all the work for a very reasonable price and it's been perfect ever since. We were very happy to find him.

FORD OF CLERMONT service dept is run by crooks, liars and theives. I took my 2002 Tbird in for servicing as I needed a new battery and I also wanted to get my engine fan coolant reservoir flushed, drained and new fluid put in as I accidentally poured a few ounces of water in it by mistake. The service dept told me that the bearings in the engine fan were shot and that I need to replace the engine fan assembly as well as the coolant reservoir. Parts were $611 for the fan assembly and $122 for the coolant reservoir. Labor was quoted as $800 and they charged me a $90 diagnostic fee as well. I declined to have the fan assembly and coolant reservoir replaced but did have them install the battery which cost $114.99. I had a coupon from FORD for a battery for $84.99 but Ford of Clermont wouldn't honor it. So I paid $114.99 plus $90 for diagnostic tests. I took my tbird to Griffis Autos in Groveland to have them check it out. They did a full diagnostic test on the engine, fan, etc and also visually inspected the fan motor. They said there was no damage to the bearing, fan, motor, etc. They also drained the coolant reservoir as I requested, replaced fluid......total cost $70. I have driven car several hundred miles with no issues of overheating, etc. FORD OF CLERMONT LIED and tried to get me to purchase a fan assemby and reservoir and spend over $1500 on repairs I didn't need. LIARS and THIEVES. DO NOT take your car there....If you have a Ford or a Lincoln go to Griffis auto in Groveland. Honest, ethical and they have all the diagnostic equipment Ford has. The owner was head mechanic at Ford Of Clermont for over 20 yrs. I am in no way affiliated with Griffis but am so thankful to them for saving me a ton of money for repairs I didn't need. As far as Ford of Clermont goes, I will do my best to tell everyone to avoid them like the plague! Jim L. Clermont

Always take my car to this shop b/c they are honest and reliable and their staff has not changed in many years. They always go above and beyond to make sure that my car is safe to drive and all of their techs are certified.

I was misquoted the price of my repair. The repairs that this dealership recommend are not necessary or earlier than necessary. When I arrived to pick up my car the price was greatly inflated. I found the servicemen unhelpful and dishonest. I do not recommend using the service department of this dealership.

This company, Big B's Automotive (Brian Shwenning) WILL RIP YOU OFF. I was completely conned by this "so called mechanic". Almost six months ago I had a car towed to him that he said he could fix "no problem". He needed money for parts, so like an idiot, I gave him 260.$ Then he disappeared for almost three months, I went to where he works during the day to see if I could find him there. I was told he was MIA and their phone was ringing off the hook with other people who were in the same situation as myself. When he finally contacted me, he told me someone had died, so he had to go out of town. I felt bad, and understood (I now think that was crap). My car was at his friends house because he needed help with it, and according to Brian, the other mechanic needed more money or he wouldn't work on it anymore. Again like an idiot, I gave him another 260.$ He kept telling me he couldn't find parts, so I started going to junk yards getting the parts, and driving them to him. Brian NEVER returns,or, answers calls. His phone is either broken, he cant call at that moment, his hands are dirty, etc etc etc, I have numerous texts with lame excuses. I copied a few of his actual texts on here for you to see (I forwarded them to my email, and copied and pasted them on here, that is why they are from T mobile). I bought and brought him another part going on four weeks ago, I have been trying to call him everyday since. No surprise he has not called, or answered once. I have since tracked down the car and talked to the gentleman who actually had been working on it. I do believe the other mechanic is a very nice, honest man, and he has done work on it, but, doesn't have much time to do so, and to no surprise, BRIAN HAS NOT GIVEN HIM ANY MONEY!!!!! The car is still not running, and when I texted Brian to tell him I needed to get the car back running or not, and that he knew six months ago, I bought the car with one mortgage payment, and gave him another mortg
