I recently came to Hoti Imports Auto Repair shop in dismay over my broken a/c. Upon my arrival I was already filled with disappointment and confusion on to why nobody could diagnose the a/c issue with my car. One shop quoted me over $800 to even take a look at her, another shop told me they couldn't figure out the problem and yet I owed them $300 for the time it took them to figure out that they didn't know what they were doing. There is a saying that the third time is always a charm, well in my case it was! People lack integrity in business and are only focused on making a profit instead of gaining loyal customers. Especially if you are a woman, the easier it seems for men at least, to take advantage of us. My point-in-case is this.. Hoti Imports Auto Repair not only fixed my a/c the same day I brought it in, they also didn't rip me off!! I wasn't charged for the time it took them to figure out the problem, nor was I charged an amount anywhere close to $800. I have gained an enormous amount of respect and trust for this shop, and this will be the ONLY place I take Blair (my cars name) to be worked on. If you are looking for a hard working and trust worthy place to take your cars, then Hoti Import Auto Repair is the place to do it! i do not write reviews normally,,,but i read them a lot so i wanted to give one to this firestone. lake worth rd and jog. their honest! ive bought tires for all 3 of my vehicles here.-they rotate them for free during every oil change. & they always offer coupon rates when i forget mine or when they have one available that i was unaware of- alignments and oil change and tires GREAT HOMETOWN SERVICE! I recommend every FEMALE whos tired of being ripped off to visit this particular Firestone Auto Care!
