I came down to PCB with the family for one last trip and the LR slide wouldn’t open. Called Tom and within an hour he had a service tech onsite. He had the gearbox on hand and replaced it in a little less than hour we were up and running again. They worked directly with our extended warranty company (Easy Care) and I only paid the deductible. Can’t say enough good things about these folks but highly recommend them if you’re in the area and need help. Friendly, fast, and professional should say it all.
