They did the whole thing in 1 day. I had my car back the next day after the engine came in. Perfect! They had the cheapest price in town and mechanic Chris is really through and probably the best mechanic in town. He has every just about every ASE certification you can have. I didn't have to wait and I didn't have to rent a car.

From Chicago, we were in Pensacola and needed tires on our Ford C-Max to be aligned. The rear tires were more than an inch out of alighment, which had caused serious cupping. Baughn did an excellent job both with the alignment and taking off the excess rubber caused by cupping. The return trip to Chicago was smooth and quiet. Thank you Baughn Alignment!

I needed a new auto shop on the NE side of town. I heard great things about Bob's - they delivered. Prices are higher than the old shop that I had, but the shop is in a great location so I expect to pay more for convenience. They gave me a thorough report on my aging car, and said it was in great shape. I would highly recommend these guys!

This has to be the most pleasant experience I have EVER HAD working on my car. Mike the manager is one of the nicest people I have ever met! The whole team is phenomenal and I wish they were located in Tennessee where I actually live. They made sure my car was fixed correctly even though I had to stay an extra day (bummer!) <--Sarcasm. Anyway if you have car trouble please go visit these guys you will not regret it. In fact I plan on sending them a thank you card which I have never felt compelled to do at a repair place! I knew my AC repair was going to require taking the dash out of my 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee to access the leaking part. He gave me an estimate and explained that there may be additional expenses but wouldn't know for sure until they got into it. I told him to go ahead and replace the heater core while he was in there since it was old too. He was done on time and budget for the job. I came to them again for another issue which he fixed. I would recommend John at Discount Muffler and Brake. He did my exhaust system on another car several years ago as well and it was a very professionally done.

I was very impressed after working with Allstate and Cockrell's Body Shop to fix my 2014 Hyundai Elantra. They were so personable and helpful! I didn't have to do much of anything except drive there. I totally recommend both Allstate and Cockrell's!!! Good work and good people!
