Great People with a great staff the owner is fair with her prices and they do great work, I would not trust anyone else with my Mercedes or any of my other cars to do any mechanic work or alignments, Ive recomemded all my family and friends and co-workers here and they have always treated them well. He did the oil change in Dec. 2019, overpriced at $220. Then the pandemic started, and the car was in the garage since then. About a week ago, I turned on the car lights are back on the dashboard for maintenance lights and tire sensor. I took it back to him and paid another $220 for the tire sensor and maintenance lights. Seems like $220 is the price they charge for anything small, lol. The car went back into my garage. I turned on the car for the first time yesterday, and the lights are back on. I called and talked to Robi, he said to bring it in the morning it takes 5 minutes. I brought the car in the morning before work, and they wanted to charge me and told me I have to leave the car. I left immediately. Then Robi followed me for a few miles in his Silverado. He threatened me and belittled me, asking if I needed money for the repair. Robi Zaldeti is a crook and strong-arming type of man. Unprofessional, unethical, and if you don't want to do business with him, he'll follow you and threaten you.

I went in for an a solenoid problem and they completely dismantled my transmission, without authorization. The manager, Charles Stevens, tried to bully me into paying between $2100-$2700 to put it back together. I practically had to go to my bank and then one he referred me to to try and get a loan for that amount, even threatened to put my car in storage. Finally got them to put the transmission back together for $512.88, although Charles said he was originally going to charge me $700. Within 5 miles of the shop, my transmission was slipping so severely (I had NO previous issues of slipping) that I had to have my car towed home, per my mechanic's instructions, to avoid burning up the clutch. Now, my car won't even turn over. But legal recourse is in position and I will have my day in court. DO NOT TRUST THEM !!!

These people are nasty and uncooperative. I asked for a receipt to be faxed or mailed and I was told "I'M NOT FAXING ANYTHING!' and they hung up on me. Save yourself a hassle and use somebody else.

This is the Worst Service I have ever seen ...Do Not Let Them Touch Your Vehicle ...I bought the Coupon for 3 oil changes and tire rotation so I made an appointment when I saw Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum were going to put a pair of Vise Grips on my Hood support rod to hold the hood up which would have Scared the rod and Worst Bent the Hood Hinges on my Classic IROC Convertible , Thank God I Caught them before they put their Extreme Stupidity in action ... I had to supply them with a Hood support and the oil that I use in all my Vehicle because they only use low quality oil. I asked them to rotate the tires and the owner mumbled something about that I didn't need it , I think he was being Lazy and he wasn't happy that I was using a coupon... Well he won in the end because I will never go back there again and neither should YOU ... If you do have to go there because you bought a coupon , #1 Keep an Eye on Them at all Times ...#2 make sure you bring your own oil ...#3 bring an old 5 quart container to put your old oil in to take with you because they Charge Garbage Fee of $5.00 to dispose of your oil which they actually sell to oil recyclers making money on both ends...You can drop the oil off at any oil change place for Free #4 Have them put there Low quality oil in the container that you brought with after they put your oil into your Vehicle, "You can use it in other machines"... #5 Just Don't Do It ...It's Not Worth It ...

Within a week of buying it thecheck engine light came on, the break light came on... According to a shop the lights were reset and then repairs never done. My driver side tire is about to fall completely off, I again realize I purchased as is, but I intend to take full legal action for selling me a vehicle that is a death trap not just in poor motor condition. Do NOT buy from these people!!!!!!

I had a horrible experience thanks to Mark Roberts. After waiting days to hear if I had been approved for a bank loan, I drove over after specifically telling Mark to have ALL of the paperwork ready. I still ended up wasting an hour because NOTHING was ready. I was then told that they couldn't approve me because they dropped the price by a couple hundred dollars and they needed to get approval from the bank again. Since when does the bank need to re-approve a loan for less money? I left. After two phone calls, I decided to come back since I got a great interest rate. I once again tell him to have everything ready, but he only has 3 pieces of paper ready and he tells me that now we have to wait for someone else to print out the important paperwork that should have been printed already. My mother was upset and they had an argument in the middle of the showroom and Mark called her a "mean person" and told her that I didn't have to buy the car. I don't know how this guy still has a job. Either his boss doesn't know how horrible of a salesman he is or his boss doesn't care. Congratulations Phillips Toyota! You just lost the future business of a 23 year old. Good job Mark (can you sense the sarcasm?)!
