I need a quick replacement of my brake light bulbs. Sam at the front desk was very nice and efficient. Even though I was a walk-in, they replaced my bulbs in less than an hour. The whole experience was great and I would recommend them to anyone. -Jeanann Hand

My 2015 Chevrolet Silverado was due for its first transmission fluid flush at 90,000 miles which was performed by Fishers in October of 2022. Two weeks later, the transmission failed without warning upon departing from a traffic stop light. Within minutes of the event, I brought the truck to Fishers for help. They explained that the transmission had gone bad, could not be repaired, and needed replacement. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, agreed to the replacement and paid nearly $5000. To their credit, the replacement of the transmission with a warrantied remanufactured unit was accomplished quicker than estimated. With the work completed, the truck ran well ...until May of 2023 when a loud squealing noise was heard and followed by a very hard shift. Additional intermittent noises and sloppy shifting prompted a return to Fisher's ...to which they acknowledged that the fluid was already exhibiting signs of failure, but did little else beyond suggesting: "We'll just have to wait and see what happens" and the owner Sarah telling me that she would contact the transmission remanufacturer. A few more weeks of driving with the specter of an imminent breakdown triggered my bringing the truck to a transmission repair specialist. They diagnosed a failing Torque Converter and stated that the fluid should not look or smell the way it did at just 7000 miles after a major repair. Despite being under warranty, I had no desire to wait until the transmission failed, the probable long tow back to Fisher's, likely warranty claim disappointment, and downtime impact upon my business route. My experience with Fisher resulted in the premature loss of a beloved truck, adding a large unplanned financial (on top of those already incurred) and time expenditure for a replacement vehicle. They were given an opportunity to address the problem when it was obviously getting worse and their inaction has lost them this faithful customer, his mother, her neighbor and whomever else I can convince with this review.

Shannon is a pleasure to deal with shows the number and has the updated equipment to do the same procedures as the dealer at FAR less cost. Dealer prices in Ocala seem to have one idea in mind...take advantage of the unaware. The $600 maintenance in Ocala costs $280 in Atlanta. Shannon's cost was $280. Like I said fair and honest. He even tells you when it's not something he's comfortable handling. Also the cleanest garage floor you'll ever see.

Mike McCoy did a great job repairing my vehicle after I stuck an object on the interstate while passing through Ocala. McCoy's was recommended by my insurance company and all of the reviews were positive. Now I know why. Mike was thorough and explained everything he was doing for the repair and the cost was reasonable. There was no attempt to upsell and, although I had not planned on having my brakes repaired during my unexpected visit, Mike took the time to show me how worn my brakes were. John the owner is a great mechanic, he can diagnose and fix anything wrong with your car. He employees great mechanics that have all worked on my car and do outstanding work. The customer service area is neat and clean. Rick behind the counter is always courteous and polite and will get you in as soon as he can. This automotive repair shop is one of the best I have ever been to out of all the country. If you want the job done right and fixed for a great price bring your car in for its next repair. I had the misfortune of having my windshield repaired on March 28. The weather has been less the favorable for any outside plans going on 4 day at this time. Safelites technician Joseph Pool arrived that afternoon greeting me with a friendly hand shake. We discussed the area of concern on the windshield when I ask him “if he was going to reschedule due to the possibly of rain” He looked at me puzzled and said “I think we will be ok” I was thankfully surprised. His demeanor demonstrated that of a true confident professional. He went right to work removing the windshield, making all the need corrections,cleaning an prepping the area surrounding the windshield. Installed the windshield, cleaned the area, insured all the rubber was seated and clean. He cleaned and wiped down the occupant compartment of my truck, leaving it cleaner then it was when he started. Joseph actions amplified true pride and ownership in his work. I can say without any reservation that Safelite employee technician Joseph Pool turned a rainy day of doubt and uncertainty on my part into a positive reasurring exspearance. Thank you Joseph for a job well done.

HARRY AT METRIX IN OCALA IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!!!! I had to pay "all German Motorworks" $260 only to tell me my repairs were going to be $3742.00. A great friend recommended Metrix, I explained my situation to Harry and he not only gave me a free estimate but only charged me $1710.00!!!! He is an AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HONEST, and thorough mechanic! THANKS AGAIN HARRY!!!!

Quoted price was way less than the average shop prices in Ocala. Dave and Jimmy provided excellent diagnosis and repair work. I'd definitely use Ocala Mobile Auto Repair again! Highly Reccommended!!!!!

I love these guys! Started going to Patrick's for oil changes, loved it so much I even sent my Mom and Dad with their vehicles. Mom went to a ladies' night they had about car maintenance, and she couldn't stop raving. She was really impressed with all the inspections the guys do during just a basic oil change. Great waiting room, clean bathroom, and awesome repairs! What more could a girl ask for? I would recommend anyone to go see Patrick's.

DOESNT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR! Please make sure you get all work orders, guarantees and warranties in writing because if not, you will be sorry (even if you are good friends/family with them)! Price out the job at other shops as well because as they are VERY over priced and when confronted with other estimates, will reduce their estimate. I can not stress the importance of checking to make sure they have done everything you've paid for. Their best mechanics are no longer with them. Their integrity has really fallen off in the past several years. We've been long standing customers, have spent several thousdand of dollars there, but after getting the short end of the deal several times, will be taking our business elsewhere. I am truly sorry I have recommended them to so many people. And according to the the owner, he is broke!

I’ve been using this company for years & never had an issue until Feb 5th. While driving with my husband through the washer we felt a tremor. When we went to the section for them to dry the van the employee brought something to our attention. Turns out that the tremor we felt was due to their equipment ripping out the front lower grille on our vehicle which started exposing some wires (pics will be attached). The employee told me he was going inside to inform his manager & he came back outside WITHOUT this manager & instead brought a cellphone to take pics. He pushed the grille and wires back in & said it was fixed now and gave me a card with his name & number & told me I should give him a call “if anything”. I didn’t clean that van for a while due to me using my car to get around instead but two weeks ago I decided to get my van washed again & the same thing happened! The machine ripped the same grille out & while we were getting the van dried another customer brought it to our attention. This was a different employee & he did the same thing by pushing the grille back in. Couple days later when I arrived home I realized I was driving all along without the grille on the van & all the wires were busted & exposed which affected the camera that helps with parking assistance. My husband & I went back to the car wash and demanded to speak with the manager & someone by the name of Diana Lopez presented herself as such. Without giving us a chance to fully explain everything that had taken place she started to say they have no equipment that low to cause that damage & she doesn’t think the camera can go all the way back to February and she would try to look at the video of the most recent visit but she knows for a fact that wasn’t caused by them. After showing her photos and asking her logical questions (to which she was unable to answer) she decided to tell us to speak with the General Manager Christopher Perez & gave me a # for another business place in Titusville (photo will be attached). She also took my info & said she would have Christopher call me the very next day which I didn’t get a phone call until I sent her a message 4-5 days later. She called back telling me Christopher was able to look at the videos from February but he can’t see who was driving my van and the van looked properly aligned & that Christopher said they don’t have any equipment that low to cause that damage (sounds rehearsed) & that my van was damaged from before so they are not responsible for that. I again started asking questions that were too logical for her & she told me I needed to call back when Christopher is there. I told her to get the employee that was there when the first incident happened because he told me he was going to speak with the manager so I’m pretty sure either her or Christopher were aware of the damage since February. Prior to their equipment damaging my vehicle in February my van was at the BMW dealership so I’m fully aware of the damages it has and those are nowhere in plain view (I have proof of this). If this is not resolved I’m going to have to resort to using legal measures.

I went to buy a set of new wheels from these people and they just ignored me. Obviously didn't want the sale for $4,000 - Weird!

Was charged for a total rebuild of transmission, master rebuild kit, this transmission is leaking from shifter/auto kickdown cable/speedometer. Tranni is chattering and skipping /shaking in reverse and takes 10seconds before engaging into drive. Took it back Skip he added fluid and put etc gasket maker on these things. Shook my hand and said 'let me know if anything else goes wrong' Everything still leaking, tranni still skipping and chattering in reverse and takes forever to engage in drive. Wish I could get my $900 back and take it to someone that knows what they're doing.

The first time my husband took a window in, he had to wait as the owner showed up late, but did get the job done. Almost one week later we had another incident with another broken pane. Several times during the week my husband called but could get no answer. He decided to just take the window to the place of business this morning, 10/12 but no one was there. My husband called and was told someone would be there soon. So my son and husband waited about 2 hours. No one showed up. They went to Home Depot to get something and called again. They were told someone would be there in fifteen minutes. My husband drove back to the place of business and waited 45 minutes. No one showed up. When he tried to call the phone number, no one answered. Frustrated he called me at home and I started making calls. If this is the way someone conducts business, it's a pretty poor way. My husband is now on his way to Sun Glass and Mirror. It is now almost 2pm, so he has wasted his whole day off waiting on the Window Doctor. Shame.

Bought a truck from Williams Classic Cars on Ebay. Talked to Kevin, the salesman, who said the truck was in great condition. other than needing tires. Told me he would drive this truck anywhere. (I had to drive back to Tennessee) Had tires put on, flew down to pick up truck. On the way, he told me it would need brakes when I got home, but okay to drive. Within a mile after leaving dealership, transmission light came on. Called and he said it was a shorted sensor, but it would be okay to drive home. The tow light then came on. I pushed the button to turn off, it fell off. Checked oil and it was four quarts low. After transmission started clunking, turned around. Went to the dealer the next morning. They sent me to a transmission shop, who found the transfer case to be full of water and shot. The four wheel drive would not work. The oil pan was cracked and sealed with RTV. Had to rent a car to get home. Dealer said, "Oh Well, it was As Is sale!" After three weeks of rental car, got truck and drove home. Transfer case had to be rebuilt, the overdrive unit had to be replaced, and oil pan had to be replaced. $2700 plus two motel rooms and $530 car rental. Got home and found brakes to be totally shot. Required new calipers, rotors and brake pads and shoes ($720 in parts) One rotor was rusted into two pieces. Three calipers were rusted beyond repair. Radio was inop (but as-is understandable) but found it to be a Honda radio just put in to fill the hole and not even holed up. Was told it was not a flood truck, but all indications are that it is. There was also water in the rear differential. Again, dealers words were, "Oh well, it was an As-Is sale, and you got a good deal! (not so much a good deal after rebuilding everything. Watch out for this dealer!!!
