I called Al Yaghy the store manager about a few things I need to be done with my car. I had an issue with the Goodyear tries that came on my car from the factory. I called and stopped by 4 Goodyear stores in the immediate area and nobody would help me. Al went out of his way to get my tires warrantied. In return I allowed him to service my car and do a full diagnostic. Since then I have referred several friends and neighbors. All Goodyear stores need to take lessons from Al on how to treat customers and provide outstanding customer service, he also has a great team working in the shop. Terrible business practices that take advantage of the inexperienced. For starters, parts are upcharged well beyond retail: do yourself a favor and amazon them for yourself to see or just go to an auto parts store. Bought the most expensive quality ignition coils at a fraction of their most economic option elsewhere. If you do decide to let them touch your vehicle, don't be surprised if something that was working before you took it in, does not work afterward. They will break your car! Don't be surprised if what you came to get fixed isn't working either. Twice now the truck has gone in with one thing to fix and come out with two. Good luck trying to get your money back without a lawyer. Avoid this place at all costs unless you wanna keep coming back regularly (and not because of the work or service)!
