Used to love this place. At my last visit I was charged for the estimate. The price quoted for a new catalytic converter was well over $1200.00, which I declined. I went to a Volvo dealer back home who charged less than $500.

I made an appointment on Saturday showing an 8:00am appointment available on Tuesday. Received call and email this morning (Monday) that that time was not available. If the system had not let me make the appointment I would have made another with someone else. 3 days of time now lost.

Headlights would sporadically just go out. Not good. Mechanic tested everything and found the problem. He replaced a defective part that is known to malfunction in the make and model of my vehicle. I'm so glad I found Gregg's! When the Service Engine light had come on recently, took my car to MINI of Ft Myer who had "diagnosed" my car with a list of items and a $1,400 repair bill.
