My brother in law who ran a mechanical shop in Atlanta found Rapid Auto Care. They replaced brake parts on a Mercedes and he was happy. My Tesla front end was squeaking like a haunted house and knocking so he sent me to Rapid Auto Care to replace upper suspension control arms. They did a great job, car was ready when promised and price was great. I spent $$$$ at Tesla and they couldn't fix it but Rapid Auto Care did and it is still quiet and tight. Very happy with the service and I will return.

Dave and his partner know what they're doing, they found out what the electrical issue was fixed it, and bonus fixed my driver side switch for me. Overall these guys get it done. Price was fair as well. I will always go to them for any mechanical or electrical issue for my vehicle. Highly recommended Two thumbs up!!!

You have my word on it!! ? First I will tell you that your car is too dangerous to drive, and I will not let you leave my shop without me repairing the fake and made up repairs. I start by saying that your brakes are no good even though I never even looked at them. Another scam is I tell you that your serpentine belt is about to break and that you will be stranded on the highway. This works every single time lol…losers. ? We will charge you for work that is not done to your car, and have no problem lying directly to your face. We at Tilden won’t install any new parts into your car because we don’t take out any old parts….this is a big part of my scam! ? You all are fools and that you do not know anything about auto repair. We’re big on bait and switch; it’s a great money maker. ? At the end you will be furious with all tactics and lies I use to rip you off. I do not care one bit about you or your families’, or the public’s safety for that matter. ALL I WANT IS YOUR MONEY period and I will do and say anything I have to get it from your wallet or purse! Remember, you’re all fools!! I WILL NOT GIVE YOU ANY OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY BACK when I’m caught and this I promise you!! ? When I lie I don’t remember what I say or to whom I’ve said it to. The law makers are fools!! ? Go and complain to the BBB or the Florida AG office, all I have to do is deny that any of this ever happened and they will close the case. LOL, the system is perfectly rigged for a guy like me…I love it…SWEET!! Ha Ha Ha ? All I had to do was pay for the franchise fee: of only $29,900 from the President of Tilden Car Care, Robert Baskind (New York). Bob does not care at all how I run my scam business as he already got his money. I promise you that he will do nothing at all about your complaints when I flat out lie and steal from you. ? We do not care about repeat customers, just let me screw you over once and I’m happy, I’ve done my job. I just move on to the next one that’s all. i do not write reviews normally,,,but i read them a lot so i wanted to give one to this firestone. lake worth rd and jog. their honest! ive bought tires for all 3 of my vehicles here.-they rotate them for free during every oil change. & they always offer coupon rates when i forget mine or when they have one available that i was unaware of- alignments and oil change and tires GREAT HOMETOWN SERVICE! I recommend every FEMALE whos tired of being ripped off to visit this particular Firestone Auto Care!

I delt with Art .I will say that Art is a very nice man makes you feel good and calm .I would rate him alone number one in Customer Service ! I had moved and left my car to come back and get it .But of course thanks to the great landlord services in Fl.There words aren't the best .Art went and towed my 97 GmC to his shop waited for me to send my key .*** Then finding out there were other issues wasn't my cup of tea . I had some choices to make from afar . Now I guess all I can say is that .I as I a woman in the Automotive industruty really wouldn't just let her car go for $200 dollars now . So I found thatArt was the one person that made me feel the best about me deciding but hard to take my car from the shop for a second oppinion .And we all deserve this .But leaving me with a $175.00 tow bill because I wasn't fixing it there ? LOL wow amazing how scamming thing can end up in the end .But I still like Art !

I've always try to avoid the dealers but I take the chance last week to the al Parker ford on millitary trail and I meet this life saver . He's John I take care of me a way I didn't expected . He told me and fix my issue in less than 30 mn I got my 05 ford expedition alive again from him. Thank u John .
