My "vintage" Class A diesel motorhome has toured beautiful North America from Key West to Fairbanks and Cabo San Lucas to Halifax. I rely on Preventive Maintenance Service to keep the old rig reliable and roadworthy when home in St. Pete. On this year's trip to the Pacific Northwest, one of the Suburban furnaces quit working. Two different service centers in that area worked on it. One didn't have a clue what was wrong. The other gave the furnace Last Rites and wanted to sell me a new one. Once home, the folks at PMS checked it out and found a defective wire which they immediately repaired. The unit works like new. I highly recommend PMS for any of your motorhome/RV maintenance needs. What a dump ...filled with dumpy campers and park models and dumpy people. No pool....no anything. Just bugs, airboat noise, and untended to landscaping. bad water, sewer that backs up and smells bad, bathrooms in disrepair. Shows a lack of good managment or ownership. Worst place we ever stayed....Gates have been closed at night sue to saftey issues..Hard to get around in with RV....Small spots with untrimmed trees....really bad care and concern about anything other then collecting the rent. YUCK! YUCK! YUCK! Worst RV stay ever in our 15 years of RVing.....RIP OFF BEWARE!

I needed a circuit breaker reset, a minor repair at 4:30 pm in the afternoon on a rainy chilly day and had no idea where the circuit breaker was? I knew there was a cold night in front of me without help. The repairman was very friendly and helpful in my situation and in 15 minutes - my problem was solved. He was nice young man and had a good personality with a sense of humor. He charged me a very reasonable fee and I appreciated this and will pay it forward. Very impressed with customer service, repair time and knowledge.
