SCAM ALERT!!!!! ernie indy, letie all of them are scam artists and will lie to you about everything. .. and mind you, they are JUST the emplyees. the upper management is worst than they are, including the receptionists. About 90% of their vehicles are crappy and have mechanical issues and have been temporarily fixed by their shady mechanic. Please do not fall for the "sweet faces" and smiles. its all a scam. A family scam. They had one of their locations shut down already and are trying to make a quick dime before losing their last location. do not fall victim they will rob you. there are much better buy here pay here places. dont waste your money you'll regret it. i promise!

The technicians at VolvTech are very knowledgeable about these often complex cars. Other shops just experiment on a car like my S80 T6 (1999) but the techs here are super professional, quick, and kind. They even have the best prices. They get you back on the road asap. I won't go anywhere else. Thanks guys.

I've been trusting my cars to the exceptional repair at Leader Service for approximately 30 years. I no longer live in Miami. I live in Coral Springs and will go to any length to get my car to Miami in order to have "Angel" take care of my car. I do think there may exist other people that can provide good car repair. However, as a single woman I seek excellent work, excellent service and HONESTY. This is why I drive in to Miami and will continue to do so. The work is top notch, the service outstanding, the pricing very competitive and they are ETHICAL! I will also continue to recommend Leader Service to anyone seeking the same for their car and their bank account.

I got ripped off from this place twice. Paid to change spark plugs and coils and car broke down again a few months later and cone to find out that the car still had an original Nissan coil in it.. He didn't change all the coils that I paid him to do. I had to pay another shop to replace them again. This guy just rips people off!

AVOID THIS BUSINESS! We recently purchased a center console boat from this dealer. When we hooked the boat up to our vehicle the trailer lights didn't work. We were told, "too bad for you, you bought it now you have to go fix it. Our first stop was a trailer repair shop. When we launched the boat we immediately began to take on water - the scupper covers on the back of the boat were missing. We were also told that the engine had been completely serviced, We took the boat to our own mechanic who said that this was ABSOLUTELY FALSE. We ended up paying $400 to have the engine serviced. THEN, the oil pump went out and we are faced with an $1800 repair. The reason we bought our boat from this company is that we believed a business would be more reputable and honest than a seller that we did not know. Boy, were we wrong. I am posting this in the hopes that others will be able to avoid sharing our fate. I wish I could've read a review like this before I bought this lemon!!! If I could give them 0 Stars I would.
