CHRIS J. is a very dishonest individual! He selectively leaves out important information when making the deal! He springs the suprise on you after you sign all the paperwork. He falsified the odometer reading (which if I'm not mistaking is a crime) He told us to tell the bank when they called that the car we purchased had a sun roof (which it did not)leather seats (this is a lie also) and that we paid $2000.00 down (which I did not) Needless to say this was only to drive the price up so that he could get a big commission (I guess it was needed to pay for his $80,000 Mercedes, which God gave to him!!as he put it) God should have smacked the taste out of that boys mouth just for saying his name! Mr. J's face is what you see when you look up "used car salesman" in the dictionary,..all smiles..talking fast and lying from the back of his throat! I would have rather for them to tell me that I just couldn't get financed there than to have been treated like I was. When will ppl learn that no good will come to them if they are truely living in honesty. Well I tried to support my Black brothers but hey.. back to the white man for me! IF YOU HAVE THOUGHT ABOUT OR IF U R PLANNING TO GO TO CHRIS MOTORS-MAKE A U TURN AS FAST AS YOU CAN,STEER CLEAR OF THAT PLACE!! EVERY WORD OF ALL THE REVIEWS ARE TRUE!except the good ones their employees wrote. RUN AWAY FROM CHRIS MOTORS..YELL FROM THE HIGHEST POINT. EVERYBODY--RUN RUN RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN. This was the car lot that helped me get my car with finance, they were good to me and it helped me get a nicer car than the lots I went to in Gwinnett. Mr. Shed was a good help to me getting my first cadillac and i am so glad i went to them.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! The salesperson is quite rude and unprofessional. He agreed to one set of financial terms, then later attempted to change the terms. He engaged in verbal sparring, and ultimately hung up the phone while attempting to resolve the situation. BBB has an alert for this company.

Went in for an alignment on my Mercedes AMG. Service tech disappears with my car for 20-30 mins. I ask where is my car? Manager Jason Liechty says he’s doing a high speed test drive. A what? I instantly had a bad feeling because everyone doesn’t know how to drive this car fast without fucking shit up . Aside from that, why are you driving my car fast for a an alignment and disappearing for 20 mins? The guy comes back and puts my car on the lift and a few mins later the manager is showing me a waterfall of coolant coming from my radiator. Unbeknown to him the car was serviced by a Mercedes dealership just last week no oil leaks no coolant leaks no nothing. Manager denies any wrongdoing or responsibility despite HIS guy being the last to drive the car. For all I know he could’ve taken the car around the corner and smashed my radiator in an attempt to get me to buy parts from them because he was on the phone trying to price a new radiator before I even told him to. No way that radiator should fail if driven normally. Somehow they overheated the car and busted my radiator.Then the douche tells me the car has enough coolant in it to drive.Shop should’ve taken responsibility but now is going to have to explain it to a judge. This con artist of a Manager at this location should be replaced and the regional manager isn't any better. Mind you this is the same location that was accused of stealing a woman's handgun from her car.

I had a tire blow out on the interstate. Eddie came out and helped. He arrived earlier than expected and was friendly and helpful. He patiently answered my child's endless questions as well. Even though he was only assigned to tow, he stayed with me and changed my tire as well. Great service and help when I needed it.

The oil plug fell out of my car while I was driving, and my engine needed to be rebuilt due to the damage that it sustained. Tim was the worst mechanic that I have ever worked with. He originally told me that it would take about a week and cost me around $2,500, and he ended up having my car for 5-6 weeks and charging me $3,800. I'm not blaming him for the increased cost and extra time, because I understand how those things go. However, when I started questioning some of his extra charges, like $800 for a machine shop that he allegedly had to take parts to, he refused to show me a receipt (which he is legally not obligated to do), and then got very defensive and started bullying me. I never said I wouldn't pay him, but he told me that I had to pay in either cash or a money order because he didn't trust that my check wouldn't bounce, even though I had already paid him over $2,000 in checks that cleared without a problem. He threatened to sue me several times and called me an immature child, all because I wanted to see a receipt for the machine shop. Before we started having our disagreements, Tim kept telling me how he appreciated my trust, and I now believe that he appreciated it so much because he saw it as an opportunity to take advantage of me. He even went so far as to ask me what my credit score was, and then propositioned me to co-sign a business loan with him. I thought that was extremely unprofessional. Personal problems aside, my car ran perfectly before Tim did work on it. Since I got it back, I have had problems with the transmission skipping, as well as with the electrical system. When I informed him of the transmission problem, he was defensive again and claimed that it had nothing to do with the work he did. I would never let Tim work on my car again, and I would advise everyone I know to avoid utilizing his services as well. I am very disappointed with this business and mechanic.

RUN!!!!! I wish there was a rating much lower to give because 1 star will be more than generous. I took my car for a diagnostic, for 4-5 days we inquired about the results..no call. Later after numerous calls later we were told their mechanic had a mishap..still waiting..didn't hear back anything until the 5th and 6th day..I WAS then charged almost $200 for a diagnostics with a simple receipt, NO SUMMARY OF CHARGES OR RESULTS OF THE DIAGNOSTICS..Which I was told I could pick up on the 12th day of dealing with them. But yet when I question their business practices, I'm accused of being confrontational and poor ! Oh! and racist!.. Just because I expected an reasonable answer for such charges with minimum communication or detailed explanation of their findings. I took my Mercedes to Southern Imports in Kennesaw, dealer level expertise,professional treatment.. without the dealer prices.
