Great customer service, and I love that face that they are female friendly.

There to collect the money alone. Wouldn’t give a bad review to a business but can’t hide my experience with this one. Yes, you are here to make money but what about customer experience? It felt I lost my 1400$ and asking me to part away with another 900$ without a single assurance, and a ce that speaks down on customer. Show empathy to your customer, explain issues rather than sounding condescending and asking them “Do you have a better place”. Maybe your father owns the WorkShop. Congratulations retaining your customers with this attitude.

Donald the owner is a great guy who treats people fair. The shop has been in his family for years and he really takes pride in what he does. His employees are also always very helpful. It's a good place to take your car.

I was recommended by a friend of a friend to go to this shop. I came in due to a constant whining sound of the motor. I explained my issue and provided video. I left the car there two days, they put a bunch of over-priced not 100% necessary parts on the car and double charged for oil. No, the whining noise was never from a rubbing bolt on the rotor. I approved the quotes and would just deal with the pricing because I assumed that it would actually fix the problem and give me peace of mind. It did NOT. I still have the same problem. I let them know and they quoted me more labor fees. C'mon, as car people this was ridiculous. Do better.

Honest, reputable service station. This is the place that I trust to send my daughter to while away at UGA. No games, just solid assessment of the issues and competitive prices.

Kinda like a Boy Scout: trustworthy, helpful, courteous, kind, friendl, cheerful, honest, you get what you pay for. I entrust them with both of my cars.
