I was charged $500 for absolutely no work for them to tell me nothing was wrong with my car but yet they drove my car over the weekend not during office hours and put almost 2000 miles on my car just to tell me I owe $500 for them claiming to put $100 worth of gas in my car which my car will not even hold $100 worth of gas and it shouldn’t take you to put $25.04 times in a car that you had had for six days just to tell me that nothing is wrong with the car total bull**** I wouldn’t recommend anyone going there or taking their car there

HORRIBLE Place. Andreas is a Thief. He had my husbands truck there and stole the radio and several other parts off it. He tried to lie and say there was never a radio in it, but we had proof abd a friend that went there to get my daughter's CD out of it one day. NO NOT TRUST HIM!

A must go to store. If you need anything done to your car, just go into Jokers Audio and you'll be taken care of as if you were family, Great customer service, Installation is PERFECT!, and they do a quick job and keep you updated frequently !

Very bad!!, left car for little repairs. I was told by Herman the owner that it would be $1000.00. Ha Ha!! a ripped top, stolen radio, leaking oil, engine will not turn over paint scratched very badly, ripped leather and parts under the hood missing. After all that he charged me $1900.00. After talking to other people i found that this is Herman's way of doing business. So sad to know another human can be this way.
