Lextech didn't handle the type of repair I needed but Ed was well versed in the nature of my issue and gave me an A+ referral that led me to saving a couple thousand dollars! The last thing I wanted to do was call the dealership and thanks to him I didn't have to. He was super patient, even providing me with the full address and number of the shop. HAD MY CAR IN FOR NOISE IN MY ENG. TURNED OUT TO BE THE MOTOR WAS BAD, THEIR TECH TONY DONE A GREAT JOB...... HE REBUILT THE ENGINE AND HAD IT BACK TO ME WITHIN A WEEK. GREAT SERVICE THANK YOU VERY MUCH STEVE TOLBERT

I called for a appointment to bring my mini cooper in I told the employee that the car was having transmission issues and it would not change gears from 3rd to 4th gear .She said bring it in and a technician would hook it up to a computer to get a reading on it to see what the problem was. So when I picked the car up he did not get a reading from the computer because there was no check engine light on so he took it for a test drive. And said it was having transmission problems and he could replace it with a rebuild one for 7000.00 dollars the computer test was 157.00 that was not performed. So I'm not happy about that. She told me that he would have to put it on the machine to find out what was going on with it not a test drive.

They have okay service. Sometimes they can be pretty rude. I came in for an oil change. They told me it wouldn't be long. An hour and a half later I go to see how much longer and another guy tells me my car is next. I was pissed considering the cars they were working on came after I got there. The guy that initially helped me apologized a lot, which is the only reason I gave them two stars. But I'm being generous.

Untrustworthy and impossible to contact Did not fully cover costs in the import contract and have since had to cover them out of my own pocket. Have not been able to successfully contact management via phone or emails
